At Wendy's, the food is fresh and worth the small wait. The employees are friendly and the chili has a good ratio of beef and beans. Some locations might mess up orders, but this one is one of the better ones in Kansas City. Despite a rough parking lot and loud drive-thru speaker, the decent food and good service make it a good experience.
