I’ve given this location my last chance. I’ve lived in lees summit for 6 years now. Every time I’ve gone to this location you can clearly tell there were short staff/no management issues. Multiples times my simple order was wrong. Tonight literally everything I asked to not be on my sandwich, was, even tho the receipt was right. I had 2 different people take my order, and it still wasn’t right.

At Wendy's, the food is fresh and worth the small wait. The employees are friendly, and Kim stands out as a very good worker who is fast, attentive, and kind. The chili has a good ratio of beef and beans. While some locations might mess up orders, this one is among the better ones in Kansas City. The store is clean, and the sandwiches, including the spicy chicken sandwich, are hot and fresh. However, service can be a little slow, and the restrooms may not always be clean. Despite a rough parking lot and a loud drive-thru speaker, the decent food and good service create a positive experience. There have been some issues, like missing bacon on orders, but overall, customers appreciate the effort made by the staff.
