Kam and Kenzie are top-notch in customer service and friendliness. So laid back and accommodating to whatever requests you make for your drinks. I’m absolutely thrilled to have a reputable nutrition place in Lexington with such amazing nutrition coaches and tea-tenders! I can’t say enough good stuff about this place. I even did one of their monthly challenges and I lost 10lbs and SEVEN INCHES around my waist by following their extremely simple meal plans and using the shakes....

Came here the very first week it opened. Tried one of the meal replacement drinks and it was horrible. I couldnt finish it and it was so chalky.Update: as of recently i have tried another meal replacement drink. Not as bad but i wouldnt choose it over a lot. The water is great though.

This is the a MUST try if you are in Lexington, MO. The workers are are super knowledgeable and friendly. This will be my new everyday thing, I recommend getting the PB cookie shake & fruit roll up tea! So GOOD.
