I absolutely adore this tea shop! I have been in several times and have always been greeted with a smile. There is a wide variety of options and all of them are very good. The employee has always been knowledge and helpful when assisting people. I was there on a busy Saturday, and even though there were 10 people being helped, I was helped efficiently and felt like I got attention and help when it was my turn.

Sarah was super nice and knowledgeable. This is my closest tea store, so I wanted to go somewhere personable. The store was busy because of an event going on! They had samples and a good selection, and plenty of tea pots and sugars and local honey. Will be back when it’s not so busy!
If you enjoy tea then this is a place you should visit. They are high quality lose tea’s and the lady that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I bought quite a few different ones and have not been disappointed. I’ve been to the tea place at the city market which I didn’t care for too much. To be honest I’d rather have this tea. They routinely switch them out and you’ll never have old teas here! They also have tea parties! This place is a winner ? they also have a good amount of decaf tea also.

I made an online order for the Vanilla Lemongrass Herbal Tea. I was looking for a tea similar to one I tried at Burke Williams, a spa, and this website showed up. The reviewed seemed positive on Facebook so I decided to order multiple bags to give as gifts.The order came fairly quickly, but the tea leaves are very mild. It requires a LOT to get a decent flavor. After trying 1 bag, which I opened, I asked if I could return the rest or get a refund, and the answer was no. The rep asked if I would consider having other flavor tea leaves shipped out but I have not received a response. It's been over a month since our last email correspondence.Honestly, pretty disappointing - quality and customer service wise. I wish I had been more conservative in my order if i knew the tea leaves were not strong and their inflexible return policy.
