liberty location is permanently closed
We placed an online order, got to the restaurant to pick it up and they were closed. The employee still there stated they closed early because they were short staffed. We were charged for the order and did not get it refunded until we called the manager the next day. Why would the website even allow someone to order if the restaurant was closed? The manager gave no explanation nor seemed to care that we were inconvenienced. Very poor service and overall BAD EXPERIENCE.
Waited 30 minutes for our food while at least 2 people who came in after us and a number of drive up got their food first. Got our food home and wifes order was messed up. Went back to the store to get the order fixed. Got home and her order was wrong again. On top of everything, portion size is ridiculously small. This is the first and last time I will be eating here.
