Went for a late Sunday lunch. Chips are thin and warm, salsa is flavorful and not to spicy. Husband had el pastor street tacos. Great tortillas and plenty of filling. I had a combination plate with enchiladas and a fried taco. All was delicious, beans were seasoned very well. Nice sizes servings, and good service Refills of chips and salsa were offered and our water glasses were kept full. Will definitely go back.

The food tastes pretty good, but apparently they play extremely loud music and hand out shots once an hour. I hated that part, although it seems most people enjoy it. I'm moving to Liberty, Missouri soon, and if this restaurant has a take-out option I'll do that instead of eating in.

Cute spot in old/downtown Liberty. We walked in and were seated right away at 5 o'clock, but an hour later there was a bit of a wait. Food was excellent! Warm chips, yum salsa, and delicious entrees (tacos, chimichanga, 'Mahomes plate'). Then for my son's birthday, they complimented him a dessert of his choosing. Fried ice cream was good. Highly recommend La Costa.

I visit Liberty once a year to visit my family. This year I will be celebrating a friend's 100th birthday. Each time I come my family, including grand children have dinner here. If this restaurant was in Santa Fe, NM where I live, I would eat there every day! The menu is varied, full of delicious choices & everything I have eaten there has been worthy of an award. Service is quick & friendly. This is an outstanding restaurant!

We ate here on Saturday, May 3rd, and it has quickly become our favorite Mexican restaurant and we have only eaten here once! I ordered the 'Mahomes', which is the best plate I've ever eaten anywhere! The service earned a 5+ as well, and that's for each wait service. Go & see for yourself. I promise you will not be disappointed. 😋
