Yesterday, while driving for Uber Eats, I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes to pick up an order. When I walked in, a woman named Emily who I understand may be the store manager was closing out with another employee. She clearly saw me enter and stand at the counter needing assistance, yet she walked away. I stood there for approximately seven minutes before a young man finally came out and asked how he could help.

Placed an order two days ahead and when I arrived they not only were out of one of the 4 flavors I ordered with 6 dozen but also had input an hour later to pickup. As much as it costs I expect better outcome and service. Step up your game!
