Just ordered a sandwich, pretzel and coffee and it took 35 minutes with rough customer service.
Great little place!

Ordered a pick up with a couple coffees and breakfast. This was our first time there and we were not disappointed, the coffee was delicious and the food was even better! Can't wait to go back!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. We waited over 30 minutes for a “to go” order that they forgot about. It was a busy day but everyone kept getting served before us and I kept checking and they didn’t acknowledge us for over 30 minutes… The food was also inedible. We ordered avocado toast and it was about a teaspoon of avocado spread (not exaggerating) on rock hard bread. They accidentally added an egg patty to the avocado toast also, which isn’t the biggest deal but shows their lack of quality control. I’ve read other reviews regarding the owner hiring high school students which is great but you need to train them, invest into the community by creating hard workers who are proud of their work, and not just take advantage of cheap labor. There was one girl working at the time that was great but she disappeared for a while, but I thought she could have handled the place. The avocado was only on one side and when I opened it up she said sorry it’s supposed to be on both sides. I had to remind them to add the everything bagel seasoning. The bread would break your teeth. Then we also ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant that was as inedible. The croissant was also rock hard - see the photo where I’m squeezing it and it doesn’t compress (I am actually squeezing it very hard). Then there is this tiny egg patty on top with a tiny piece of bacon. I would have been embarrassed to serve that if it were my shop. I am visiting in town and the place looked really cute from outside and it was a complete disappointment. I’m pretty shocked it gets traffic, it’s probably due to the lack of competition so the bar is pretty low. They didn’t even offer to refund part of the order or remake the coffee that we had sitting for 30 minutes that we were taking to go… what a shame because this place has potential but is obviously lacking in more than one area. I did enjoy the flavor of my coffee, but it wasn’t worth waiting 30+ minutes for.
Parking: Parking was tight and no defined parking spaces.

Everything is overpriced, employees have little understanding for anything. Food took forever and didn’t get one of our orders right in any way. They are looking to rob you at any corner. Do not come here unless you have money you want to throw away. (The sandwich is an 8 dollar sandwich by the way)

It's a local cuisine diner. Good prices, very friendly service, pretty good pie. Probably the best restaurant in Lone

Wife and I stopped in here at 11 on a Saturday, place wasn’t that busy maybe 6 to 7 customers. Ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. Drinks came out fairly quickly. Sandwiches on the other hand took over an hour to get. We repeatedly reminded the staff we were waiting with no movement 4 to 5 parties who came in after us had already received their food and left. We received the food finally without an apology or anything but here you go.

I have enjoyed my visits to Lovett Coffeehouse & Eatery. The quite atmosphere and country setting makes for a perfect place to enjoy coffee, food and making new friends while relaxing. Today way a special visit because Mark Alford was holding a town hall even and sitting with the locals while answering questions important to regular citizens. Let me clear, he was not campaigning, he was genuinely interested interested in the questions "We The People," asked. I loved his straight forward answers and the crowd was totally engaged as was he.
