“There was some issues with the ordering and the stress of a new opening, but I understood the issues. It took a while to get order but it was well worth the wait. All of these issues will work out as they are open longer. I will most definatly return.”

“Me and my coworkers went 04/01/26 at around 12:30. We had placed online orders and they were ready pretty much immediately when we got there. The staff were friendly, especially Deborah, she was absolutely amazing and very sweet. She thanked us for coming in and even offered us samples of the soup of the day! We didn’t event know they carried soup and it was great!”

“I just wanna start off saying that this location was amazing and one of the best around here. The burgers and tots were fresh and tasted amazing, and the drinks were perfect. “Tried this for the first time and we were very impressed. I got the cream cheese burrito with pork and my husband got the beef chimichanga. Both were delicious and we left stuffed (and I had some leftovers to take home). They brought out chips and salsa, the chips were hot, clearly fresh, and the salsa was flavorful. Total came to $26 (plus tip) which is comparable to some fast food restaurant. Good service! After today, we’ll be back!”

“We love coming to Shakin’. It is definitely a hidden gem. Sadly, tonight was a let down. We got here and there were several seats at the bar that we were told were supposedly “taken”. A large group came in and were told to take the seats. They were served quickly. We waited 15-20 minutes to even be acknowledged by the bar staff. Would have been nice to at least been welcomed and told be with you shortly. When the bartender finally made eye contact and came over, his excuse was “sorry, there’s only two of us!” We’ve been here when the place was packed and never experienced this service. We literally almost walked out. Miss the “old” bartenders who were attentive and quick to take care of customers.”

“We frequent here once or twice each week! The best customer service each time. The staff has gone above and beyond and remembers my daughter’s Mini Murphy no cheese (dairy allergy) bbq sauce instead of marinara and crumbly Italian sausage or pepperoni. It’s tough as it is being a mom of a child with allergies but we know and trust this location with her sensitivity. We always leave with smiles on our faces! Can’t thank you enough for such a fabulous establishment.”
