“Great food, fast service!”

“I just had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner there. We used the new event space. We had plenty of room, it was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Especially Kathleen, she stayed in contact with me and help coordinate as needed. The food was awesome. The best chicken salad I've ever eaten for one, but everything was delicious and wonderful. I will definitely be using them again.”

“There was some issues with the ordering and the stress of a new opening, but I understood the issues. It took a while to get order but it was well worth the wait. All of these issues will work out as they are open longer. I will most definatly return.”

“The food here was really good ? there was no one here when I came in, and I could hear them making it after I ordered it. It came out fast, and piping hot lunch only cost me 9 bucks. I wish they had a drink fountain, but for the price, it's still 5 ”

“Was not happy with the price of the large Blast. The medium was 6.29, but I was charged 8.49 plus tax for a large. Price for large are not listed on the drive-thru menu.”

“We love coming to Shakin’. It is definitely a hidden gem. Sadly, tonight was a let down. We got here and there were several seats at the bar that we were told were supposedly “taken”. A large group came in and were told to take the seats. They were served quickly. We waited 15-20 minutes to even be acknowledged by the bar staff. Would have been nice to at least been welcomed and told be with you shortly. When the bartender finally made eye contact and came over, his excuse was “sorry, there’s only two of us!” We’ve been here when the place was packed and never experienced this service. We literally almost walked out. Miss the “old” bartenders who were attentive and quick to take care of customers.”

“Stopped here yesterday for the first time . The pulled pork and Turkey sandwiches were out of this world. The pasta salad was amazing, I had never had a pasta salad like that before. My husband said the Pumpkin pie was one of the best he has had. I had said I wanted some good bbq while on vacation and this exceeded my expectations.”

“This is the funnest place any day of the week, but Tuesdays are trivia night at 7:30 and OMG IT IS SO FUN! Jason is the hostest with the mostest and brings the best energy. Do yourself a favor a head up there on a Tuesday!!”

“One of the best bbq places I’ve ever been to. Pulled pork is amazing and the bbq sauce is perfect ! Family of 5 ate with a full rack of ribs for $55 Fresh food and quick ! Decent prices also ! They have a soda fountain with free refills. This will be my bbq stop from now on in the kc area !!!”
