Don't sleep on the queso fundido: best dip ever! Scrape off the cheese that hardens on the skillet and put it on a tortilla chip. You'll thank me later!”

“We have been trying to get to this restaurant for some time. We finally made it! It was certainly worth the drive. This will be our go-to for Mexican food. The food was outstanding, from chips and salsa to entrees. Everything was done to perfection. It was simply the best Mexican food I've had in years. Though it is a bit of a drive for us, we will definitely be back--often. I highly recommend you give them a try, I don't believe you will be disappointed. They deserve ten stars!”

“Visited this restaurant on Monday. I’d never heard of Costa Vida. We were visiting in the area & went here with my sister & bil. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the food was. Sweet pork, on my!!!! The staff was extremely pleasant & helpful. Very clean. We will be back when in the area.”

Presentation and taste are always on point, I don’t think I’ve had a disappointing experience here. I’ve been to other Crumbl’s around the metro and they’re just not nearly as put together as this location!”

“I just had a bowl of their roasted pepper Gouda soup. It was great. This is the second time I’ve had soup there and both were so flavorful and tasty. Restaurant is always clean and everyone is personable. Everything I’ve had has been wonderful.”

“Got the taste of Kansas City and it was really good. In that platter comes pulled pork, half a chicken, brisket, and beef ribs. The brisket was disappointing but the rest of it was amazing. The sides we got was cheesy corn, potato salad, and beans. The potato salad was not good at all, the rest was really good. Ordered a side of sausage medallions and burt ends. Both were a bit disappointing with the burt ends being just ok. I also ordered a grill cheese kids meal with fries. The fries were good, the grill cheese was good. The grilled cheese is just American cheese and white bread so perfect for kids. The BBQ sauce was really good. I will definitely be ordering from them again just not certain things like the potato salad.”

The service was excellent and the food phenomenal. Hearty, delicious generous portions too!! Side salad fresh and large portion!! “first test chips and salsa...salsa fresh and flavorful chips thin crispy fresh , guacomole good, spinach enchiladas delish including generous amount of fresh spinach bathed in white and mole sauce, black bean lover loved the black beans and refried beans also yum and finally a perfect syrup/soda mix pepsi cola....which was refilled by the very attentive staff if it dipped below the halfway point, I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Inconvenient to my location I will nonetheless be back. Its worth the drive.”

“I have to say 100 out of 10 starts!!!!! A friend asked me if ive ever been, said never heard of this place. Well i ordered the 3 meat 3 side platter, got the burnt ends, brisket and ribs with beans, slaw and jazzy fries. Only thing I didnt really like was the slaw but everything else hands down was AMAZING!!!! The burnt ends just melt in your mouth, that jazzy sauce is addictive and they have a really good honey mustard as well. Also got the friend mushrooms, they use portobello mushrooms and they are a 10 out of 10 with the in house made ranch...... I will be going back, and it has me wanting this place over Jack stack and I grew up on Jack stack.”
