The.food.and service are good, but the biscuit and gravy are the most expensive in the city. The other menu items are reasonably priced.

This place is amazing!! Really cute decor!! Our waitress was so sweet and attentive and HAPPY!! Our food, which consisted of eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy and pancakes, was outstanding!! But I think the best thing was the heart. A lady came in and whispered to our waitress (I could almost hear all of it) that she was hungry but only had a couple of dollars.. I quietly offered to pay, but she said thank you, but we aren’t going to charge her. It was sweet. A great place that I would highly recommend!!

We had a very pleasant breakfast in this very casual restaurant near the train tracks on Southwest Boulevard. The walls are covered in lots of quirky and irreverent (but funny) signs and the wait staff was a nice as could be. Breakfast items were fairly typical items, and specialty seems to be their various hash browns covered in lots of toppings like chorizo or corned beef. Food was served promptly and hot. Coffee was very good. Pricing is typical for mid-range breakfast place—$11-13 for most of the entrees. We got a free cinnamon roll for being first time guests. It was fresh and tasty, but probably not the first thing I would recommend from this restaurant, being somewhat light on the cinnamon flavor and having a real abundance of icing. I think that the savory entrees looked and tasted better. Enjoyed the experience and would definitely like to return to try some of the other hashes.

A really nice non-chain restaurant. They do excellent biscuits and gravy. They also looks of interesting stuff on the walls. very friendly folks here also. The entrance from the parking lot is dark and dreary but don't be put off.

They have one of the best Benedicts ever! The hollandaise is perfection. Ham is a thicker cut than a traditional Canadian bacon style, but has an amazing flavor. My egg was slightly overcooked but the over all profile was great. The coffee is a local Roasterie blend, highly recommended.

As a biscuits & gravy connoisseur (lol), this funky little spot was the BEST! Thank you, owner Dana, for your warm hospitality & sincere passion for your food & customer service. (Oh, and thank you for the recommendation for BBQ...Slaps was great!) We will definitely make the stop again when visiting from SC.

Great Mom & Pop restaurant, open for breakfast and lunch. Portions are generous, and service attentive.

Eggs are cooked to perfection. All of the breakfast meats are great, biscuit and cinnamon roll were top notch. Hash browns were crispy. One thing I didn’t care for was the coffee. It’s a blended coffee but has a strong nut taste.....pecan or hazelnut or something similar. Not my fave. Would have preferred to have at least has a choice. That’s the reason for not giving 5 stars. Service was pretty good, quick with the food. Pancakes seemed to be above average. Really great food.......the coffee, well, just had rather been given a choice of something without a nut flavor.

My wife and I found this hidden gem while cruising Kansas City for some breakfast. Would have never guessed it was as big inside as it is. We were seated quickly and greeted in a very friendly manner. The portions are satisfyingly delicious and good sized. Very reasonably priced with kind of quirky, quaint decorations. Would recommend to friends and would stop again.

This great little spot was just down the street from our hotel, and it was a super find. The menu was varied and includes all of your favorites. It is eclectic and covered with some funky stuff. The food was prepared as ordered and came to the table hot and yummy!! Everything we ordered got rave reviews and Kayla kept the coffee coming and took great care of us!!!

Great service and great food. I had the corn beef hash lots of good corn beef on hash browns. There sausage gravy is good too. No shortage sausage. The wife loved their bacon. Eggs done perfectly. We can't wait to try lunch there.
