I asked for lightly fried onion rings and they were hard to watermelon slushies with carry in it and they're overfilled and red stuff was running everywhere.

Omg I love tater tots. I hate that salt is an automatic because I forget that I can't have salt. So it's not anyones fault but my own if I go into cardiac arrest for eating tater tots. Whice I love btw. Ugh I'm torn. Death or tots?

The salted caramel croissant bites Is one of the worst things they have on the menu at the moment we could probably make them better at home. It was literally just pieces of dough cut in small rectangles and folded in half, fried and put the smallest amount of cinnamon sugar on them. They literally tasted like nothing. And the burgers that we got one of them was drowned in mayonnaise, and it was hard to eat so they really need up their game.

Took forever to get our ice cream and it was not busy
Came 10 minutes before they closed, I ordered three slushes. They were straight ice, no flavor. Before I realized it they were closed. $15 down the drain, I will never come back here again.

We have had a lot of bad experiences at this specific sonic, but tonight 6/4/25 takes the cake. Ordered on the app. Showed up on time. Waited 35 minutes only for somebody to bring out the wrong order. Finally get the right order to open it up and have luke warm food and ice cream spilling out of the cup making a mess in the truck. People are usually friendly here, but by far the slowest and always short staffed. Major management problem at this sonic

I visited the Sonic in Lone Jack during the afternoon hours on March 20. I placed a mobile order for two drinks and we waited just under 20 minutes to get them. We pushed the red button twice inquiring about our order. There was only one other car in a stall. Simply not excusable.

Ordered a hamburger (no cheese) and it came with cheese. Also ordered 2 medium reeses blasts with chocolate syrup and there was only a teaspoon amount of reeses on the top of both blasts. Tried calling several times and a couple times it seemed like someone picked up and then hung up without saying anything. Very disappointed with Lone Jack sonic today.
