Omg I love tater tots. I hate that salt is an automatic because I forget that I can't have salt. So it's not anyones fault but my own if I go into cardiac arrest for eating tater tots. Whice I love btw. Ugh I'm torn. Death or tots?

The salted caramel croissant bites Is one of the worst things they have on the menu at the moment we could probably make them better at home. It was literally just pieces of dough cut in small rectangles and folded in half, fried and put the smallest amount of cinnamon sugar on them. They literally tasted like nothing. And the burgers that we got one of them was drowned in mayonnaise, and it was hard to eat so they really need up their game.

Came 10 minutes before they closed, I ordered three slushes. They were straight ice, no flavor. Before I realized it they were closed. $15 down the drain, I will never come back here again.

We have had a lot of bad experiences at this specific sonic, but tonight 6/4/25 takes the cake. Ordered on the app. Showed up on time. Waited 35 minutes only for somebody to bring out the wrong order. Finally get the right order to open it up and have luke warm food and ice cream spilling out of the cup making a mess in the truck. People are usually friendly here, but by far the slowest and always short staffed. Major management problem at this sonic
I visited the Sonic in Lone Jack during the afternoon hours on March 20. I placed a mobile order for two drinks and we waited just under 20 minutes to get them. We pushed the red button twice inquiring about our order. There was only one other car in a stall. Simply not excusable.

Ordered a hamburger (no cheese) and it came with cheese. Also ordered 2 medium reeses blasts with chocolate syrup and there was only a teaspoon amount of reeses on the top of both blasts. Tried calling several times and a couple times it seemed like someone picked up and then hung up without saying anything. Very disappointed with Lone Jack sonic today.

Really want to rate my visit a 3.5. The wait to order was excessive. At first I pulled into a stall. After hitting the red button (a second time after 5 min) and waiting for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, I drove around to the drive thru. There I was asked to wait again. This wait was eight minutes until they got back to me to take my order. After placing my order, I waited an appropriate amount of time to review the order, however if there had been any other food options close by then I probably would have gone there. Staff was extremely friendly, that's why they are getting 4 stars from me. The food was hot, good tasting, but maybe a bit overcooked. I will chalk that up to probably being short staffed. Honestly though, if the wait to be greeted is going to take that long of a time,, it would be better to shut down the drive thru and operate the stalls only until adequately staffed. I would have tipped if a hadn't needed to go through the drive thru.
