Our mobile order was missing mozzarella sticks so we let them know they were missing. We sat and waited another 20+ minutes to still not receive them so we buzzed back in. It turns out that they never corrected the order and still hadn’t gotten around to getting them ready. We continued to wait another 10 minutes to get them. No apology for getting the order wrong the first time or not placing the order immediately the second time. Terrible customer service.
Tonight’s order was a disappointment. We ordered 4 corn dogs. All were burnt. 2 were blackened to the hotdog inside the breading. The burger was wrong and cold to the touch almost like it was in a fridge prior to being served. The rest of the food was overly greasy and barely room temperature. Overall we haven’t had many great experiences recently and tonight was just plain gross and disappointing.
