I got food poisoning on friday and have not been able to get a hold of anybody.I am still sick and it is now tuesday. There was a woman in there that was working the window I watched stick her hand in someone's drinking all over the lid and put it on said drink for customer. No gloves, no hair nets and the place smelled like sewage. 😵💫

Have been disappointed at Panera lately. Soup in a bread bowl has always been my favorite but the past 4 times, in one month, I was very unhappy. Doesn't seem to taste as good as it used to, no matter what soup I try in it. It gets wrinkled and soggy. Don't know how to explain it. Just not as good as it used to be.

The dark-haired middle aged woman (with slight accent) who works at the drive thru window is nasty. I think she might be the manager! Twice this month I went there she didn’t include the sauce I ordered. The last time, I beeped 3 times at the window, she looked up each time and ignored me. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!

I’m very underwhelmed with my food service. I ordered a large curly fry which is my favorite thing ever from Arby’s and I probably got 5 total fries because they were all sort of stuck together, looking at it from the front you couldn’t see the fries in the container. With the price of the meals here we should be served a generous amount of curly fries. Additionally my burger is underdone, I didn’t have to look at it, the moment I bit into it I could tell if needed at least another couple of minutes on whatever grill or microwave they use. Again, very underwhelmed, do not recommend this location.

Walked in to get a late lunch. Have always eaten at this location but lately the cleanliness in the lobby has gone down. The smell today was awful. As soon as I walked In it smelled like something rotten. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and left. The smell was overwhelming and horrible.
