Iâm very underwhelmed with my food service. I ordered a large curly fry which is my favorite thing ever from Arbyâs and I probably got 5 total fries because they were all sort of stuck together, looking at it from the front you couldnât see the fries in the container. With the price of the meals here we should be served a generous amount of curly fries. Additionally my burger is underdone, I didnât have to look at it, the moment I bit into it I could tell if needed at least another couple of minutes on whatever grill or microwave they use. Again, very underwhelmed, do not recommend this location.

Walked in to get a late lunch. Have always eaten at this location but lately the cleanliness in the lobby has gone down. The smell today was awful. As soon as I walked In it smelled like something rotten. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and left. The smell was overwhelming and horrible.

The manager and staff was being so ignorant to the cashier. She was trying to do a good job and they were so rude and loud. We were eating inside. It was sad and I let her know she was doing a great job. So sad

Trash experience, went through the drive through with my little sister. Spend $50 on all bullshit. Get home and half our food wasnât even in the bag, is it that hard to remember some food. Yâall got the easiest job in the world and still suck at it. Thatâs a shame, next time just put the food in the bag

I was excited to order the Arby's Potato Cakes now they are back on the menu. Thought I'd try their new Burgers too. I ordered the Cheesy Burger, hold the Cheese, add Onions & please toss in some Salt packets! The Burger came with both patties of cheese (melted so I couldn't even take them off), no extra Onions, With extra Tomatoes (that I forgot to ask none of because I hate Tomatoes) and no Salt packets in the bag. Oh well, I tried the Burger anyway. Inedible. Come to find out they Sous Vide their burgers and then crisp them in the Fryer. Ewww. Think Mom & Pop Gas Station on a country back road, but not one of the good ones where they can cook. Very Dissappointed...

We sat in drive through for 35 min they messed up our order and we had to go inside to take care of it so they offered us a small shake. We had a horrible experience there.
Arriving about 2:30 or so, walked in and waited at the counter deciding. A man who was already eating in the dinning room approached and I told him to go ahead, we hadn't decided yet. An angry little elf man appeared at the counter in an agitated voice announced âLobby is closed, drive through only!â This guy ahead of me already placed an order and wanted to get a Togo order and was refused. I came inside so I could wash my hand before we ate. You guys lost two sales just like that. You can afford to piss people off?? Good job, never coming back here again.

Sat in the drive thru for twenty minutes. Got my food home and instead of 1 classic rb sandwich an order of fresh, I ha two sandwiches and no fries. And they were cold
