Have been disappointed at Panera lately. Soup in a bread bowl has always been my favorite but the past 4 times, in one month, I was very unhappy. Doesn't seem to taste as good as it used to, no matter what soup I try in it. It gets wrinkled and soggy. Don't know how to explain it. Just not as good as it used to be.

I got a special, two roast beef sandwiches for $5, plus a regular vanilla shake. The roast beef sandwiches were ok. Definitely needs some seasoning to elevate the meat. The vanilla shake was ok too.

Went inside to pick up my family's order, and the supervisor was doing his best with helping the service, food quality. The young 2 or 3 workers were making sure me and other customers were informed and taken care of as well as doing what they could to help the food or service.
