I ordered an Okinawa Milk Tea at 25% sugar. The drink came out incredibly sweet, almost as if they disregarded my request of less sugar. When I asked the staff about my order they brushed me off and told me that’s how it’s supposed to be. I will not be returning here due to rude service and inability to accommodate additional requests. Terrible experience.

All the teas were good. Cleanliness could be stepped up a notch (ex. Clutter in the dining area, high touch areas, baseboards) and anyone preparing food should have on a hair net/hat.
I would hope eventually they will have the option for organic unsweetened almond milk/oat milk instead of a “dairy free creamer” as the only non dairy option. I ended up just getting regular milk (organic) because having a creamer probably would have made it too sweet. ~ April 2025
UPDATE: I continued to visit the business and guess what.. On June 16, 2025 WE GOT A HAIR IN OUR DRINK! This is why you should have on a hairnet. I had to debate with the woman about why I wanted a complete refund (literally had to drive back in the rain) and when I mentioned how it’s a health code violation to be working around food without a hat and/or hairnet she finally gave me my $30 back…ridiculous after how many times I have been there! Anyway, if you’re ok with hairy boba tea - have at it!
Response to the owner: I’ve been to both locations multiple times and NO ONE HAS EVER HAD ON A HAT OR A HAIRNET! Some of your employees DO have a lot of hair that is hanging off their shoulders and faces and/or not properly restrained in their ponytails- which is why it was SEALED into our drink! Having a standard and enforcing a standard are 2 different things! If your establishment seriously followed Missouri code of health requirements this would have never happened!

Ok their tea/coffee is amazing. So regardless of if you go standard Okinawa or the crème brûlée version, it’s the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. It’s a sweet, brown sugar concoction.
Too much ice , not enough tea .. Pricey .. great service. But my complaint was ignored and charged me full price for another drink that was also more ice than tea. It is common practice as I read in the menu front pages..They wrote about the ice,, and mentioned ice is what makes it properly diluted and keeps it cold. I also had the added bobo,the large tapioca pearls ..so much ice I could not drink or reach the pearls the ice took hours to melt ! About 8.50usd/ drink without the tip.. They could do better. I didn't see ingredients lists anywhere .

I got one of the specials which was S7. It was delicious and wouldn't mind getting that one again.
