I picked up three XL pizzas for our family, for Mothers day, and unfortunately two of the three pizzas were not very good. The crust was chewy for some reason. We've been going to Imo's for years, this was definitely out of the norm for them. Perhaps the cooking time was off. Regardless, we ate the pizzas, so we didn't feel like we could call and complain anymore. I just hope our next visit will be better. The staff is amazing, couldn't have been nicer.

Worst imos to go. Sucks that I used love this place as a kid and it’s went completely down the drain. You can’t even order 2 toppings on your pizza without the whole top of the pizza and cheese falls off and they also make ya wait a solid 30 minutes for an 8 inch sub

My fiancé and I stopped in for dinner. Everything was good until they decided to turn the AC on and it seemed like it was on high. We were fine with it not on. It was not that hot outside. We didn’t know if they had AC for in the back where they prepare the orders? It just made things a bit uncomfortable and we should not have to be freezing while trying to enjoy our meal. I also thought we were supposed to get our drinks before we sat down. We had to go back and ask if we can have our drinks.

I didn't actually order food I just came into the restaurant because my baby was screaming and crying because she was hungry and I asked if I could have some hot water to put in her bottle so that I could make her one in the parking lot and the employee was rude to me and told me no to get it out of the bathroom and then I go in the bathroom and there's no hot water so I come back out and he tells me no again so I think that they are rude and disrespectful in there and from reading the other reviews I'm sure other people agree

I called this location after they screwed up my order with the wrong toppings and not cutting the pizza. They placed me on hold 3 different times. Then informed me that I can drive 20 minutes back to their location for another pizza.

I VERY rarely give 5 stars. I ordered the Sweet Heat pizza and was blown away. This was easily top 5 pizzas I've ever had. I genuinely can't wait to come back to the St Louis area just for the pizza. If you are in the area, this is a MUST GO!
