Pickup through the drive thru is super convenient.

Order always ready within minutes.

Even if you go deep with specifics on your lil ole sandwich order they don’t scoff, they nail it like professionals.

Five stars.

I go through the drive through a lot during my lunch break and it’s constantly slow with the workers constantly messing up my orders, getting hair in my food because none of them wear hairnets like the guy at the drive through window today. Awful

I walked in after 1pm. There were 3 people making orders and 1 person taking orders at the drive through. I stood there for a few minutes and didn’t get acknowledged. At least two people did not have their backs to me, so I know I was visible. I put my chips back and left. They didn’t seem to care. Shame the priority isn’t there when someone takes the time to walk in :(. I won’t be back

We ordered dinner one night and unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong apartment. Kudos to the Jimmy Johns employees for being kind and quickly replacing the order. We will continue to order from Jimmy Johns! Thank you, Jimmy Johns!

I am disappointed with Jimmy John's delegation of delivery to Uber Eats. Not only was it not "freaky fast" as I'm sure our driver was delivering others' food as well. We ordered thinking it would be a quick meal and it took over 45 minutes for a store that is less than 2 miles away. My "toasted" sandwich was cold and I will likely not order delivery from this location again. Huge bummer.

I just tried to order 12 Sandwiches for me and my employees! I wanted to get the Free Combo after 2:00 Deal... They told me I had to order online to get it. Last week I purchased 2 sandwiches at the store without going on line & was able to get this deal!!!.... Please have some consistency..... You will loose more business!!.... I ended up going across the street to Subway!!

I order from this Jimmy John’s frequently as it’s close to my house. Today I placed an online order for delivery at 5:45pm and didn’t receive my food until 7:15. After calling the store twice, we were finally informed that the food was in fact delivered, however it was delivered to the wrong location. When my husband called to inquire about our food before figuring out it was delivered to the wrong place, the young woman on the phone hung up on him. Rude service and extremely slow for a company that advertises “freaky fast” delivery. We won’t be ordering here any longer.

They're usually pretty good, the drive through is always EXTREMELY slow, despite them usually having a full staff. It seems like only a few people work while the rest stand around. The main reason why I'm finally leaving a review for this location is because of the order I received tonight. I ordered just as they were about to close and I understand they would be frustrated, I've been in their position before. However, I don't feel comfortable eating here again so late at night because it looks like a bite was taken out of my bread or something was poked into my bread. They also added tomatoes to my sandwich, despite me making a note that they leave that off the sandwich(it's good I'm not allergic or this could've been dangerous). They are not good at adding extra lettuce either, and I've asked many times but it seems like the same amount.

If I could give this store a zero, I would. I ordered online and had it delivered. They didn’t notify me when it was delivered, no knock and didn’t update the app. After it had been plenty of time I looked and it was sitting outside my door. The bread on both sandwiches was harder than I’ve ever had. Could barely rip it with my hands, and forget trying to tear it with my teeth. I called and talked to the manager on duty, Conner, and he disregarded everything I complained about and said he made it and he knows it was fine. I called the next day and talked to the other manager on duty, Eddy, and he also completely disregarded my concerns. This has been the worst customer service out of any restaurant I’ve ever been too. I will NEVER give this store my business again. I’ll go out of my way to make sure to NEVER go to this store again. All I asked was for them to replace my sandwich and they refused. One sandwich isn’t worth losing a lifetime customer to them. (I already have submitted feedback twice online and haven’t gotten a response although they said someone would contact me within 48 hours. What a joke.)
