I just tried to order 12 Sandwiches for me and my employees! I wanted to get the Free Combo after 2:00 Deal... They told me I had to order online to get it. Last week I purchased 2 sandwiches at the store without going on line & was able to get this deal!!!.... Please have some consistency..... You will loose more business!!.... I ended up going across the street to Subway!!

Bottom line is they should be paying their employees better. Person taking my order did not know how to take an order over the phone and ordering took 10 minutes. Not his fault and should receive proper training for a job he is expected to do. Waited over 30 minutes to receive my order when I was ordering it to a place 4 minutes away from jj’s. Also received the wrong size sandwich from what I ordered. Not saying I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here but patience is needed.
