Terrible customer service from your jimmy johns employee delivery driver. She yelled at me because I didn’t give her the tip that she would have liked. If your first reaction is to yell at someone because they didn’t tip you as much as you wanted, you don’t deserve a tip at all! People can only do as much as they can. What do you expect? A $100 tip for delivering a sandwich?! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such rude service.

Pretty lackadaisical crew here. They don't restock ice, get your order right, or even hand out napkins with your order. Store is also dirty. Just avoid.

I order from here at least 1-2x a week. And the past month my orders have been messed up or hour + wait times for delivery (I’m a mile down the road). Today my order was a lettuce wrap and got one piece of turkey on it, two strips of bacon and their cheese, didn’t even put the mayonnaise on it. The constant mess ups with my orders, I won’t be returning to this location.

Tuesday, 11/26. Manchester store hours read open until 9:00 p.m. so I brought my daughters here after gymnastics. Arrived at 8:50 p.m. and door was locked by 3 employees inside and ignored my attempts to open it while they packed up early. F
Took my daughters to Culver's down the street instead. Better service and better food.
