Tuesday, 11/26. Manchester store hours read open until 9:00 p.m. so I brought my daughters here after gymnastics. Arrived at 8:50 p.m. and door was locked by 3 employees inside and ignored my attempts to open it while they packed up early. F
Took my daughters to Culver's down the street instead. Better service and better food.

Every time I order I ask them to cut the sandwich I half and they never do it, for me to be spending 10-18$ on just a sandwich with no drink cutting it in half should be the an instruction that should not be getting ignored or skipped over

Service is really bad. Been going there about twice a week for 2 years. I ordered my sandwich. Tried to pay. Hand her my cash. She said they can't take cash. Is this new? I've paid with cash a dozen or so times. She was not polite or nice about it, like I was doing something wrong. Walked out without sandwich and never going back.
