Service is really bad. Been going there about twice a week for 2 years. I ordered my sandwich. Tried to pay. Hand her my cash. She said they can't take cash. Is this new? I've paid with cash a dozen or so times. She was not polite or nice about it, like I was doing something wrong. Walked out without sandwich and never going back.

I usually like to go here because it is right across the street. Stopped by at 5:30p on a Wednesday. Nobody there and door locked, not even a sign saying closed. But I go when they are open and they have like 4 teens standing around while 1 does the work. At least put a sign up saying you closed early. Hours are also not posted on door, and different on Google vs Yelp

Tried to order online 5 times then called just to have someone hang up the phone on me. I USED to come here twice a week. Not anymore.*This is not the first time I've been disappointed here, after giving them multiple chances to correct it I'll likely just travel 2min further down the road to McAlisters**No, I won't do your job as a franchisor for you. Are you insane? I had a bad experience and took the time to share about it so you ask me to do something else for you?!? You're kidding right? It's a joke?

Tried going on a Saturday afternoon for lunch at 3:45 but front door locked and on a little piece of scratch paper said closed due to staffing shortage. Tried opening door and as I turned away I could hear employees banging on the counters, hooting and hollering like animals. This place definitely needs management or maybe a name change to St. Louis Zoo. Not sure how this place is still in business? I went to Arby's across the street instead that was fully staffed and had no issues!

This place has the worst service ever. 1st time May 24th they didnt deliver the food. Never called to cancel. Order one month later they didnt give me my free sandwich that they gave me. I called and asked for the manager to get credit and she said she couldnt help me. I asked for a manager and she said was. But couldnt fix my problem. I will never use this Jimmy Johns again twice in a month with no delivery or product. Not excusable get control of your store.

Staff was nice i guess. I had a blonde girl make my sandwich. I will say when someone gets a veggie sub. Maybe make sure there’s veggies on. My sandwich was sad and wimpy won’t come back.Vegetarian options: They don’t give you enough veggies. Very skimp.

I'm not personally a fan of Jimmy John's but the family is. I went to pick up an online order and I was impressed with the customer service!! I saw 4 people working. And all 4 were giving outstanding customer service. The food was good (I'm just more of a burger guy) but I'd go back just because of the service! Thanks to that crew for making it such a great experience.
