The lady at the drive thru is so incredibly sweet and thoughtful! She went out of her way to make sure we had the best service, and she had a very happy energy to her. I'm excited to come back just to see her! The food was also very delicious

Surreal in its awfulness. Online order. Inside pickup in 5-15 minutes per the app. On arrival the doors are locked—at 8 pm on a Saturday. After gaining attention of someone inside, advised the order would be ready in another 35 minutes. Which is too long to hang out in the parking lot, so asked to cancel the order. Not so fast! Advised they cannot cancel it in the store, we need to call the KFC 800 number. After being on hold for ten minutes there, advised that the matter would need to be sent to “upper management” for resolution and they would reach out by phone or email some time in the future. So, the order was neither filled, nor cancelled. I’d avoid this store, and the online KFC experience, unless facing starvation.

Placed an online order and almost ever aspect was bad.
I ordered a pot pie and didn’t get it. Ordered a 6 piece and got mostly legs. The one thigh I got was tiny and didn’t have skin. Ordered original recipe and it was mixed with extra crispy. Ordered tenders and they were torn?!? Tried calling and no one answers. Had to send it in via KFC.com. Waste of money to get what ever the employee feels like or doesn’t feel like throwing in.

I never leave reviews but this KFC location is probably the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to across any franchise. Most of the staff is extremely rude and hostile, especially the drive-through employees. The last few times I’ve been every single order has been wrong and either cold or terrible quality (even for fast food). I would rather drive 30 minutes to the next closest location than ever visit this location again. Save yourselves the hassle and choose any other restaurant on Manchester over this one.

I ordered at drive thru. The girl taking my order was very confusing and rude. The gentleman giving me my order was very kind. I opened the food when I got home and it was not edible….dry, burnt and hard as a rock. This was not only the chicken tenders but the fries and the biscuit! In the trash it all went! Terrible experience!! Plus, no dinner!!!

Ordered an hour ahead of time with a set pickup time to pick up after work on the app. Was told upon arrival that they had ran out of chicken and would be about 30 minutes. Asked if I could cancel the order with them, they said no. Tried to cancel on the app, AI chatbot said the order had been already processed and the order could not be cancelled. Got stuck waiting the 30 minutes because I could not get a refund. Once the chicken was finally ready I was given light and dark meat although my order was the “all dark” option. The chicken was also supposed to be the “extra crispy” option, and I was given the “original recipe”. Waste of money and time. Chicken was terrible.

They were out of extra crispy tenders but the staff put some just because we were here. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to accommodate our meal tonight. They also provided us sides and drinks. Turned out to be a good night!
Great customer service. Received our yummy food before we could fill our drinks! Since they have been closing KFC's in Indiana this was a good find.

Two chicken littles, one original and one spicy. Mountain Dew. Fries. Listen. I wasn’t expecting these fries to be good because for some reason I expected potato wedges, which I hate. No, these fries were regular fries but crispy and salty to perfection.
Usually when I come to kfc I get more home cooked type family meals but this was the perfect meal for one.
Person taking my order was clear, specific, and nice. When I drove through I saw another worker mopping which I appreciate the cleanliness.
