Ordered Chicken pop corn and burger. Chicken pop is partially cooked and made my son sick. Burger was worst than pop corn. My son told never ever I'll go to kfc after eating.

Two chicken littles, one original and one spicy. Mountain Dew. Fries. Listen. I wasn’t expecting these fries to be good because for some reason I expected potato wedges, which I hate. No, these fries were regular fries but crispy and salty to perfection.
Usually when I come to kfc I get more home cooked type family meals but this was the perfect meal for one.
Person taking my order was clear, specific, and nice. When I drove through I saw another worker mopping which I appreciate the cleanliness.

Ordered online basket of eight grilled legs and thighs. My Uber driver went to go pick them up and they told my driver they completely discontinued grilled items at their store. Obviously KFC is not discontinued grilled items. Not sure why they no longer support once they say they offer, but it was beyond frustrating and wasted my driver’s time.

It's the first time I’ve ordered online from KFC, and it's been quite some time since I’ve eaten there. If you spend $10. You get a two-pc dinner for free. My mother-in-law likes extra crispy chicken wings; however, they were regular. So I spent 15.81 on two wings coleslaw and 2pc dinner, expecting the additional 5.00 2pc order. The order was ready when I arrived; however, there was only one box, so I checked. Two tiny wings, a Cole slaw, and a 2pc dinner. I asked why there was no extra 2pc because it's free when you sound ten or more. She asked for my receipt, and I showed her where I was charged 15.81. She said the corporate office does that, and we have nothing to do with it. I said refund my money, and I’ll go. She said no, we can’t do that because it was an online purchase, and you have to go online to ask for a refund. I now recall why I have not been to a KFC for some time. It will be my last. My mother-in-law will have to suffer.
