I will never go to this location again as the drive thru always has a long wait even when no cars are in the drive thru windows … Needs new ownership to get the right employees to work at this location it’s a shame

When I placed my order on the app, I should be able to trust that they have it on a screen. They print a receipt. They do everything. Check your bags because they do forget a lot of your order and then fight you when you tell them that they did.

I recently visited the McDonald's on Manchester and had a very disappointing experience. Despite being the first customer in line, seven customers were served before me, and the staff was rude and unhelpful.
The food tasted like cardboard, which only added to my dissatisfaction. Additionally, the play place was not only dirty but extremely hot. It seems like the temperature is kept high on purpose to discourage people from using it.
Overall, the combination of poor customer service, unappetizing food, and uncomfortable conditions in the play area makes this location one I cannot recommend.

went on a Sunday afternoon and after waiting in the drive thru for about a half hour got ice cold fries. Mcdonald's have gone down hill over the years and it will be a very long time before I patronize them again

Always fast and accurate, only McDonald's I've been to that can make the steak egg and chz bagel , the way intended, steak not dried out, bagel soft and chewed like supposed to be, egg light and fluffy not a brick and dry, perfection
