I've been craving McDonald's a lot lately, so we’ve been trying out different locations in STL. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. We placed our order, got a number, but when the food was ready, they called our number while other tables got served first. Then, the employee brought the food to their table. It honestly felt off, like they were treating us differently. The food itself was pretty disappointing too. The fries were cold and stale, the ketchup tasted weird, and the cheeseburger seemed old and dry, nothing was fresh. Definitely the worst McDonald's in STL. We’re never going back to this Manchester location. Mid Manchester McDonald.

This location is a go-to for families, as it's one of the last ones with a PlayPlace, and it is frequently busy. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they do their best to accommodate all customers. There are two kiosks for ordering, but they will also take your order at the counter is technology is not your thing. It's located right off of Manchester, so getting in and out can be difficult depending on the directions you're coming or going. There's solid separation between the PlayPlace and the lobby, so the noise level isn't a huge disruption to those not wanting to experience children.

Don't come to this location.its friday night and I walk in. The doors aren't locked. I can't really call the guy a manager but a guy sticks his head out and starts saying lobby closed lobby closed. Drive thru only. It's 7pm on a Friday night. #1 lock the doors if you don't want customers coming in at 7pm. #2 be polite and just explain what's going on. Don't start yelling lobby closed lobby closed like I broke a mcdonalds rule. Very unprofessional. No wonder your short staffed. I'd hate to see what this guy does if someone puts an item in the wrong bag.

They are always short with the personal and couldn’t organize their work properly. Last year they messed with the quantity of my burgers for 3 times. Unfortunately, they changed managers very often too and they can’t learn the process very well… I prefer to avoid this location.

On Sept 7th 2025 around 11:45am I purchased $24(yes rounded donation) worth of food through drive through and at pickup location I asked for a ranch and was defined and asked to pay. Whoever she was very unfriendly and I use this location twice a week to get food and now I have to find something else .

This is my second time this week August 5, 2025 I order basket fries, the fries test hundred percent old oil or Warren oil test very bad and here is the picture you can see. I trust it. Just see the picture the fries in my hand and you gonna know what happened to this fries. I help if I am not gonna go to the hospital for this food.

This is actually the cleanest McDonalds I have been to in a while that plus the playground with the bathroom inside the play area makes us come back. I don’t care for the McDonalds “food” and truly prefer chick fil a, but with all the chick fil a’s taking out their playgrounds we keep coming back to McDonalds.

Overcooked chicken, cold burgers, watered down drinks. Made us all sick. UPDATE 7/30/2025 ---> This location has only gotten worse, with time. There is no discernable management. EVERYTHING is dirty, with no one cleaning at all...and it is not busy at all. I ordered at the kiosk. They brought out part of the order, all over the dirty tray, that had ketchup and food from someone else on it. They couldn't even be bothered to use a clean tray. The original owner (Stephen Dawson) never would have allowed this. The current owner is lazy, has little to nothing to do with the operation and leaves everything to an even lazier group of employees. I am now going to report them to the Health Department. I recommend avoiding this location 100%.
