I don’t know his name he was black in 40s or 50s I believeHe was so rude don’t know how to speak to customer using abusive language and much more.Please appoint good people who know how to make customers day better not worse
The lobby was supposed to be open at 5:00 it was locked then when the manager came to unlock the door he cussed me in Spanish not knowing that I speak Spanish I highly recommend that y'all review the cameras and get the situation taken care ofWhere are you supposed to get breakfast at at 5:00?

Place was dirty. A girl in a mac d's uniform was havin a good time laughing snd such when we came in. Guess she was on break. I looked for a clean table and couldn't find one so I went up to the counter to ask if we could have a table wiped off. A few standing around with their back to me and a wet rag was right there so I grabbed it and went to clean table(s). I cleaned the main dining room. Took the rag back to the counter and they still didn't know I was there.
