I just had a great experience at this location. The food is always good, it's always fast. But this particular experience went above and beyond. You can tell the store was busy, but the manager was very kind and great about communicating with his other team members. I can see. He was working on scheduling, appropriate break times and making sure that everybody was covered. The team was happy, and he was also happy. Great job Zay. Somebody give this guy a raise

Panda Express at 530 on Christmas Eve. Everything was super fresh, tasted just better than usual. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was great. Really outstanding visit. Manager Izaiah and his crew were fantastic. No one wants to work Christmas Eve, but their attitudes and today never would have let you know they were working on a holiday. Great job!!!

I was there on Sunday, December 14 around 3:35 PM. The lady at the counter refused to give me pasta when asked she had a very snarky attitude will not come back if she’s there. I am there pretty much every day and I Have never gotten refused Plasticware

I honestly don’t write food reviews for fast food restaurants unless they give me really bad food.
I ordered broccoli and beef with orange chicken yesterday to eat for lunch today.
When I opened my plate, all I had was 7 pieces of orange chicken , a whole lot of broccoli with 2 pieces of meat.. you will not get your foods worth at this Panda Express

Been waiting on a refund for the wrong order from this location since July 1st, 2025. It’s now July 15th so disputing it with my bank since they have sent me all the documentation showing I’m supposed to be refunded but they won’t actually follow thru with the refund. Don’t go to this location, it’s very poorly managed.

Went in to buy lunch, while eating, found strands of hair in the shrimp. Brought the food back with hair and the little manager girl started to find excuses that the hair was from the wok. That’s ridiculous!! Even if she claimed the hair was from the brush they used to clean the wok, it would NOT make sense because brush bristles are thicker and are plastic, not hair. So, not sure if I had already eaten some hair, she failed to apologize and lied about the hair in the food. NO STAFF WERE WEARING HAIR NET!!
Edited 6/18/25- The owner’s response is BS. The email address goes to some foreign country where they don’t know what on earth I was talking about. This is BS. I stand by my truth that your restaurant is full of it and the staff are nasty and the food is contaminated.
