Tried this location, the new one below Home Depot, for the fourth time. First time was great. Fair servings of fresh food. Second time food not so fresh, and servings smaller. Third time, really old food in small servings. Today I was near by, and hungry. Drove through, and took orange chicken home. Open box,, hair! Agh! I’m done with this location for ever.

I came into the store and before I placed my order I asked if any super greens were coming out since the pan was empty. The employee very rudely told me that they would be out shortly. I gave him my order. I then repeated it since he didn't get it the first time. He asked me if I wanted to check out while waiting for the food and I said no I'll wait until the order is ready. He then asked again (this time with an attitude) if I wanted to pay despite the fact that they had not yet made my food. I told him no I'll pay once the food is ready and then I went to sit down. After the super greens were ready, I then noticed that he purposely served about 5 other people before me. When I finally asked why my food hadn't been made, he yelled angrily that he didn't write anything down because I walked off so he didn't know what I wanted to order. That was a lie because I told him my order twice. He simply got mad because I wanted to wait until the food was ready to pay for it. Normally this location has great service, but this particular employee was VERY rude and disrespectful and brings the kind culture of the place way down.

This place had a new energy to it tonight. Idk what it was , new crew, new mgr. Who knows. It was busy, lots of eat in customers and call in orders and still we were out of there in 15 min. I was thoroughly impressed. I am not a constant patron but compared to the old place.... Even 4mos ago, huge difference in my little snapshot of time. Thank you. You guys did fantastic !

It was clean and the workers were nice. But there is NO CHANGING TABLE in the building. So for future outings this isn’t somewhere we will go as a family.

Won’t go here anymore. Every time we go they are out of the popular items and it’s 10-15 min wait for them to make it. Also wouldn’t let me try a new item to see if I’d like it and if it was going to be too spicy for my kids.
