Both myself and the wife got food poisoning from here puking our guts out unquestionably caused from the food we got here october 30th. Never going back this place should be shut down.

Don't go to Panda Express often but we came here on a whim at like 7:45 at night and the line was out the door! They were stil cooking fresh food and all the dishes looked full and not old / crusty5 star even though it's just a Panda Express, the dining space and bathroom were very clean.Food was decent but still a Panda Express; if your craving the best of a panda this is one of our favorite stores

Did not get my order. My money was taken for me to just stand there and wait for 30 mins and the manager was extremely rude her name is HONG. Did not even care to help me with anything. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience of my life.

Didn’t get food this is service only. Have stopped in 3 times in 4 weeks at between 8pm and 8:15pm. All 3 times they have been out of food and not cooking more. Twice it was orange chicken which is their most popular item. With 45 min to an hour they should still be cooking food. I can understand if it was like 10 min. If I would have told people we where out with 45 mins to an hour to close when I worked food I would have been fired. Seems to be either company policy lose cisterns after 8 or kids not wanting to put the work in.

You have to watch this place. They are shady to say the least. Stopped in the Manchester location ordered my food and paid. Left got home to find they charged more than what the menu says on the board. I ordered a plate with Chow Mein and Black Pepper Steak. The Menu above the workers says $9.40 for a plate (that’s 1 side and 2 entrees. My receipt says $9.40 + $1.25 + another $1.25 for Black Pepper Steak. If you charge more for one entree than another then you should reflect that price on the Menu above when your standing in line so people can see that. Second, hardly any Steak in the Black Steak Pepper entree. Mainly all vegetables. If I wanted a vegan plate I would have ordered that. Third the Chow Mein was also sad and pathetic as the same result incurred. Hardly any Chow Mein but plenty of that lettuce filler you use to take advantage of the customer. Completely ruined my dinner with this experience. I use to enjoy this location but has turned into a “lets get the people through the line quickly and forget about the quality and quantity. If I hadn’t of already been home and if it weren’t raining so bad at the time I would have returned the food for a refund. But that’s ok I will just brush this whole company off no matter what location. I’ll take my hard earned money to a company that values their customers instead of ripping them off.

My family and I went to Panda Express in Manchester Missouri yesterday. Everything was fine until we were leaving. An employee was mopping the floor and had her bucket blocking the door. My thought was so that no one would walk in that door and slip because there were no signs warning that the floor was wet. No big deal, we can use the other door where she had mopped her way to. We started to head that direction and she told us to go the other way. I reminded her and even showed her that she had placed the bucket in front of the door to block it. She then decided to argue this with me. She came running outside after we were on the sidewalk and yelled "ALL YOU WHITE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!". I went back inside to talk to the manager. She yelled that again and said that she doesn't care if she loses her job.She is clearly entitled to her opinion no matter how ridiculous it is. A few things that I know for certain, there are several other places to take my business. If Panda Express supports the views of that employee, I don't have to do business there. I have reached out to the General manager via email and am willing to work this out with her. Lastly, one other thing that I can do about this is exactly what I am doing now. People should know about this and can make their decisions based on experiences.This portion of this review is an edit. Today, Monday (6/5/2023) I received a phone call from the General manager about this issue. We had a good conversation about this. She apologized for this happening to us. All of this I am thankful for, honestly I wasn't expecting that. My point here is that I want to be fair with my review.She told me that there will be action taken with this employee and I expressed my thoughts of that to her (There's no need to go into that however). She did tell me that the issue will be dealt with. Again, for that and for reaching out to me, I am thankful for.As for going back to that particular location, I am still doubtful of that happening. My rating will remain as I posted it only because of this experience.

Poor customer service. I was not given nor was offered sauce for my teriyaki chicken. The shrimp were old and a had a mealy texture. If you're planning on going here for food, don't. It may be better if this place is permanently closed as it seem the employees don't care to present the best possible product to the customers.
