Qdoba has been the superior DIY bowl/burrito place in this region since the beginning. Sister n I were stopping during our road trip and appreciated the cleanliness and amazing food! Thanks! ♡

I love that there are options for someone like me who doesn't eat dairy or animal products. The bowl is had was delicious and had plenty of variety.

My local Qdoba restaurant does not question me as an adult ordering a kids meal for myself. I am on a restricted diet, and the smaller portion works better for me. At this location, I was told by a female worker that her general manager no longer wants adults ordering kids meals for themselves. This is a ridiculous policy. I think it is also bad policy to make the customer feel like they are stealing from you. They are not. They paid full price for what was on the menu.

Just watched a customer freak out at the General Manager. Claims to be calling corporate to report the GM, GM absolutely not in the wrong. Customer caught an attitude first and kept telling the GM how to do her job. As the GM offered to have the customer stand to the side and wait, since she’d been holding up the line for awhile and so she could figure out the system, the customer very rudely tried pulling me into the situation and then ran out with her food. This day and age, customers ARE NOT always right.

I usually like Qdoba. I got home from work and ordered it from Door Dash for my wife and two year old. The chicken was burnt to the point it was unedible, and the rice was hard crunchy. The ground beef in kids' meals was also overcooked. We ended up eating something else.

Placed order for my food showed up to pick it up. 20m The two people behind the counter just kept making everyone else's food that walked in the door and then were just sitting there talking to each other. Then three more guys walked in. They took their orders, made their food and checked them out. They never made mine. I asked them to refund me..and they refused telling me they didn't know how. What sort of owner leaves such incompetent individuals in charge. They were polite But being nice doesn't make up for being lazy and not knowing how to do their job. 🤷‍♀️. My food should have been done before the new people that walked in. Ridiculous. I left my name number and description with order number..please refund my money and thanks for the wasted time..

Nice guys but hygiene man..watched this dude rub his butt multiple times with gloves on and then continue making food. Thats disgusting. At least change your gloves. 🤷‍♀️ making food with same gloves they are checking people out with.. gloves are not clean if you aren't changing them before each task. 🤷‍♀️

I come to this location every Friday. They are usually pretty busy but bust through the line quickly and they are typically very friendly. Lately, they have had the slowest, laziest rude workers. I came in to get a mini burrito bowl and while ordering my bowl, the girl behind the counter stopped my order to start the next order behind me. She then proceeded to complete the girl behind me in line’s order before finishing mine. After I paid for my order, the cashier walked away to start another order and left my bowl behind the glass on the prep table, no lid on the bowl, and didn’t give me the drink that I ordered. I had to reach over the counter to put the lid on my bowl and take it and also grab my own drink. From behind the counter. Neither worker seemed to care about this as they watched me grab my bowl after waiting for a minute and didn’t say anything. The bowl was also messy and had salsa and queso leaking over the sides and sour cream all over the outside of the lid. The workers here have no sense of urgency and no respect for the customers or their job. As someone who has been coming to this location once a week for a year, I’m very disappointed in the “service” this store is producing the last several months. I will say, there is one worker who has been there for a while and he is always hustling and trying to keep things moving. Even when it’s busy and stressful he’s always friendly. He is the one and only redeeming quality of this location. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at Qdoba. If you can help it, stay far away from this location.

Staff was friendly and enthusiastically helpful. Did was well prepared. Store was clean and good vibes playing on the house music made this an even more enjoyable day.
