The last 2 times we have ordered from the Man Hester MO store and when we went to pick it up, they said they didn’t have an order for us. We shoes them the order and receipt and made our food. This time the bowls were not full. One of our bowls was missing cilantro, pico de gallo and no sour cream, all of which was on the order. So frustrating when you spend a ridiculous amount of money and you don’t get what you order.

Went at 5:45pm on a weekday. Most of the tables were dirty when we got there and still not cleaned when we left. Bathrooms were dirty, trash overflowing, no soap and my shoes stuck to the floor. Meat was dried out. Three employees behind the counter and very few customers: one other table and a few take outs. Music was loud and not pleasant. Will not be back. I've never been in such a bad Qdoba.

I ordered a rice bowl online. WHY WAS THERE NO RICE IN MY RICE BOWL? How do you forget to put rice in a rice bowl. I didn't see it till I drove all the way home.

I have been a loyal customer of this particular Qdoba since its opening, so it's with great disappointment that I write this review. In my recent visits, particularly on weekends, I've encountered a recurring issue - the dining room being closed. This was my third such experience. Previously, the restaurant wasn't even open, and now there's a sign prompting customers to order online.While I understand the need for operational changes, consistency across Qdoba locations is crucial. The shift to online ordering feels abrupt and inconvenient, especially for those of us who prefer the traditional dine-in experience. It's frustrating to arrive expecting to sit down for a meal, only to be redirected to a digital platform. This inconsistency in operation feels like a misrepresentation of what Qdoba has always offered.As a result of this ongoing issue, I found myself going to Chipotle instead. I hope Qdoba reconsiders its approach and remembers that not everyone prefers online ordering, especially when they're already out and about. In a competitive fast-food landscape, preserving the customer experience is key, and unfortunately, in this case, it has been lacking.I really don't think I will be back. BTW when i am paying for an expensive over priced meal i want call out my order not figure out how to do some elses job for them.Vegetarian options: Options

This store one of the weird Qdoba, where staff keep replacing with new one’s and most of em cut down the ingredients quantity and make sure they give the food half full. Not value for the money. They let ppl in the line to wait and take care of online people who orders first. I never had bad experience at Town and Country branch for last few years.
