Best smoked meat I've ever tasted! The pulled pork and chicken were both juicy and well seasoned (and not overly smokey/seasoned). The sauces were delicious, not overly tangy and well paired with the meat.
We recently used Smoked Catering for a team luncheon at FasterHouse, and they did not disappoint! We ordered the pulled chicken, brisket, and pork, all were incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The sides were just as impressive: the Mexican street corn was a standout favorite, we also had the potato salad, and baked beans with bacon which were both very tasty.
