The vegan menu is loaded with amazing items. I had the nachos and they were delicious and humongous. Non-vegans loved their food too and the regular menu is even bigger than the vegan one. The atmosphere feels like a BBQ joint with lots of wood. Will be coming back a lot.

Really good brisket! Juicy and tender! The sides are equally good, make sure you’re hungry when eating here!Wheelchair accessibility: I was using a knee scooter while visiting and there’s plenty of room for accommodation.

WENT BACK TO GIVE 2ND CHANCE 2/16/2024...my opinion has NOT changed. Terrible service. Crazy prices for bad food. Dirty tables, food on floor, just a mess... with 3 workers in front but ZERO customers. The place seems like somewhere you may want to go. Don't. Better food, service and quality overall at other places...like Dalies Smokehouse. I would not recommend Smokee Mo's.--- older review below.Owner and line cooks complaining about customers IN FRONT OF customers. Inconsistent portions for same orders. No flow or good communication between anyone working. Layout inside almost non functional with tables and decor. Take Out entry blocked by table and guests sitting in front of. Not worth the price of $48 for 4 sandwiches...especially with making guests feel like crap that they are even there. Would not recommend.
Reminds me of my favorite Fast Food BBQ in KC. Good selection of meats and sides (didn't try dessert). Choice of regular 5.5 oz or large 7 oz. potion of meat. Plenty of seating for our group of 20+. I may prefer KC BBQ, but I'll be back for more as they are better than other BBQ places in STL. Others in the group enjoyed their choices as well.

**Attention** All gig workers. Avoid this restaurant at all costs if you want to make any money. 15-minute wait every time. It doesn't matter how old the order is. You're going to wait 15 minutes at least. If you're a customer, please don't order from here. These gig platforms have minimum requirements we have to meet to obtain better orders. If we have to accept an order from here, and it's in the middle of dinner rush, then we are going to lose major money waiting. Every job should be performance based like mine. I only get paid if I perform. This place hasno sense of urgency. Mosey around turtle speed. Last time I ever pick up from here!!
