We had tried to go to the sushi ai in Arnold and couldn't get seated. Waited 30+ minutes and gave up (only 2 of us) and decided to take a chance and drive to the Manchester Sushi ai and it was a great decision. We were seated right away, our servers were attentive, and the food was DELICIOUS and fresh. I ordered the shrimp tempora roll, vegetable tempura roll, edemame. And 3 bowls of miso. Very happy with my visit and with my food I WILL be back...

The all you can eat buffet is amazing, though a bit expensive. It's cheaper at lunch, but I wouldn't recommend trying to go back to work after that 😅. Their crab rangoon is to die to for, they almost taste like ice cream 🫠.

Sound kind of bounces a lot, so not the best place to bring a date if you're trying to hear what they say.

Pretty good. I enjoyed the hibachi steak bento box and my wife had a seafood ramen that she has ordered numerous times since for takeout. Service was a bit wonky. Manager was in workout shorts and t shirt and while I am all for casual, it's far more casual than I have ever seen at a Japanese restaurant. The salad was way overdressed and while I like the super-basic salads that sushi and Japanese restaurants are known for, this one was a bit under impressive. We will still go back.The nigiri sushi (salmon) was great.

I love the sushi at this place, but I think the one at this location in Manchester is the best! The prices are acceptable, if you like rolls with cream cheese, be careful because they are somewhat exaggerated, All you can eat, they have a good variety of rolls, I also recommend the chicken teriyaki, the tuna tartare, lobster roll and the tunatataki if you like a little spicy, that one is perfect!

Ate here twice for dinner. The food is great. The service is terrible. I won’t ever go back. Both visits, the place wasn’t busy at all. The severs just randomly check on you. You have to wait 15 to 20 minutes between being checked on. Drinks run out completely. It took almost 30 minutes to just get and pay my bill. There is no reason the service is this slow. The staff is just very unprofessional and unorganized.

Super sad. Came in for my bday lunch with my collage kid home for break. Unfortunately we got the all you can eat lunch and waited 2 hours for our second rolls. Semi busy but not busy enough to not enjoy more than 2 rolls. Left frustrated and still hungry. Now to decide what to cook for dinner.

The wrong roll order was sent to me and when I tried explaining what I ordered, I was corrected on what I wanted. I have been ordering the same sushi and rolls from this company for 12 years and to be gaslit on the phone because of a mistake is not okay to do to a customer. I know what I can and cannot order due to medical conditions that I have. A $70 order was completely ruined.
