West County Uncle Bill's Pancake and Dinner House

Got there to pick up order. Hostess assured me everything was in the bag, including utensils, ketchup and syrup. Got home and was missing my toddlers meal and the $2 apple topping they uncharged us for on some pancakes. They refused to refund me without coming in. I asked that I bring everything back to be remade because the 30 min round trip would me all the food would be cold by the time I got back. Again they refused. Another thing to note is that when I got there the hostess was rushing the customer infront of her. Was trying to move on to me before he was ready to leave the counter. Food was subpar for the price. Fries undercooked, hashbrowns were literally burnt (black) on the outside and cold in the middle, the chicken tasted like it was fried in dirty grease. We couldn’t even fully eat what we did get.

Was there September 4th. I paid for both orders. 1st order wasn't done 2nd order was better. The waitress was not happy.

Home Style cooking, casual atmosphere, pleasant Servers, and an extensive menu, and hearty meals!

This is a CLASSIC breakfast establishment! If you're familiar with classic breakfast places from the 80s where the portions are huge and prices are still reasonable, this is one of them! Nothing flashy. Fast, reasonably priced, classic dishes. This is what Gen X would consider breakfast comfort food! Pancakes, sausage, bacon, omelets, coffee, etc. And all the little variations on those themes. It is all fast and easy. This is not gourmet food! Go hungry and leave heavy! 😁

Love the restaurant layout. The food was very good, and not too greasy! Met a nice man, from back home. Definitely a good place to stop!

It's a lot of food, and the price is great. I was offering crayons to the kids, but they gave two of them three crayons. One was white.
The mash potato was bland, and the chicken was too cut. The waffles and nuggets were delicious.

The cashier old white lady was very rude I handed my money in her hand and I smiled and greet her. she threw my money on the table. I said to her that is very rude.Do not eat at Uncle Bill's. The old white lady is very racist and she doesn't hide it.12/21/24.300pm

Uncle Bill's serves tasty food in generous portions with excellent service! But my FAVORITE thing about them is how they prioritized our littlest members during our visit! Our group was dining with 2 toddlers under age 2. When we placed our orders, the toddlers' food came out a full 10 minutes before the rest of our food. I've NEVER in my 51 years of life witnessed this! It was FABULOUS! The moms were able to begin feeding their babies and THEN enjoy their own hot food once it arrived with content, happy children. I 10/10 recommend coming to Uncle Bill's for your next family outing!

As an aside, I did notice plenty of happy customers without kids likewise enjoying their yummy food! Last time I was here, I'd come by myself after dropping a family member off to get an early morning procedure done. Again, the food, service, & atmosphere were all top-notch! I 10/10 recommend Uncle Bill's whether you're dining alone, with adult friends, or with whole families!

The best server was the drink guy as our waitress was not service focused . I had to ask for utensils to cut my pancakes, one paper napkin each, and there were two of us. My daughter's pancakes were raw on inside, so doughy. The server took our order; dropped off the requested butter knife & bill. I left $3 for our $24 bill. The 1st time l left a less than tip as lma 25%+ depending on service.
