This is a CLASSIC breakfast establishment! If you're familiar with classic breakfast places from the 80s where the portions are huge and prices are still reasonable, this is one of them! Nothing flashy. Fast, reasonably priced, classic dishes. This is what Gen X would consider breakfast comfort food! Pancakes, sausage, bacon, omelets, coffee, etc. And all the little variations on those themes. It is all fast and easy. This is not gourmet food! Go hungry and leave heavy! 😁
It's a lot of food, and the price is great. I was offering crayons to the kids, but they gave two of them three crayons. One was white.

Uncle Bill's serves tasty food in generous portions with excellent service! But my FAVORITE thing about them is how they prioritized our littlest members during our visit! Our group was dining with 2 toddlers under age 2. When we placed our orders, the toddlers' food came out a full 10 minutes before the rest of our food. I've NEVER in my 51 years of life witnessed this! It was FABULOUS! The moms were able to begin feeding their babies and THEN enjoy their own hot...
