4th time ordering from this location. Order has not yet been correct.
Tonight, I order and sauce was not labeled. I asked them to label while I filled my drinks. When I returned to my order, still no labels. Guess work when I get home and my kids do not get what was ordered. They said politely, the marker can't label them. So sorry. That's my problem. You do not receive what was ordered and you have to dig through each container to confirm what is in the bag. Anyone doing doordash must hate Wing Stop orders.
Result: Bad Dad.

NOTICED NON OF THE STAFF WAHED THIER HANDS AT ALL IT WAS HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY WHEN THE MANGER NAMED KAYLA WAS PRESENT. I LEFT AFTER SEEING THIS TRIFFLING ACTIVITY BUT BEFORE I HAD PROCEEDED TO LEAVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT I HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM AND IT SMELLED LIKE MARIJUANA SO I DIDN'T EVEN USE THE RESTROOM AT ALL !! IM 4 MONTHS PREGNANT AND THIS MADE ME SICK TO MY STOMACH OF THE UNSANITARY WORK ENVIRONMENT

Terrible experience and even worse follow-up.
On December 26, 2025, I placed an order through the Wingstop app (Order #9784154067). I ordered plain wings because my kids don’t like sauce on their wings. The app doesn’t give an option to request sauce on the side.
When I arrived to pick up the order, I explained this and asked if the sauce could just be put on the side. The employee at the register told me I would have to pay for extra sides of sauce. I explained I wasn’t asking for extra sauce — sauce normally comes with the wings — I just needed it on the side because the app doesn’t allow that option. I even showed her the app.
Instead of helping, she became rude and insisted I would have to pay. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager.
At that point I asked for a refund. She told me only the GM could issue refunds and that he wasn’t there because it was his day off. She promised she would make sure I received a refund.
That refund never happened.
Since then I’ve called the store at least a dozen times trying to speak to the GM and have never gotten through. I’ve also submitted complaint forms through the app and never received a response.
The issue here isn’t the sauce. It’s the complete lack of customer service and follow-through.
I’m still waiting for the refund that was promised. No wonder this store has such a low rating.

It’s a Wingstop. Some of yall clearly have never been to one before, this is a top tier Wingstop. Yes they get stuff wrong, yes it sometimes is slow, but they make good food and they make it way quicker than any other Wingstop I’ve ever been to in multiple states

The workers here will straight up ignore you. You will have to catch one of their attention once you get tired of waiting while they pretend they don’t see you. After you speak up and tell them what you want they will silently and with a smug attitude fulfill your order. No “Thank you,” no, “Have a nice day,” I mean literal silence except telling you the total. The message they are trying to get across is the job is beneath them and they do not like the customers at this location. We are not welcome there. We get it. Message received. I will not be going to this location ever again.
