Went on Halloween with my daughter and her friends. James (cashier) & Tiffany (manager) were really helpful in helping me pick a combo that would feed everyone for the best price. They made sure our food was correct and we ate there. They came to the table and made sure we were doing ok. The customer service was top notch along with the food.

Let me start by saying that the experience in the restaurant was fine - it's what I would expect from a wingstop (not an insult, let's just be real). Summary: I walked in, gave them my name for carryout. The girl behind the counter was very nice and handed it right over.
I take it to my car and check the bag - parmesan fries, check - box for wings, check. Now it's certainly my fault that I didn't open the wing box to double check, but I was surprised...
