My partner and I were visiting from out of town and decided to try over very first IMO'S PIZZA, from what we hear a St. Louis staple! We were so excited to go to this dine-in IMO'S, apparently one of a kind. We ordered a deluxe to dine-in and sat and waited with smiles on our faces! However we continued waiting and waiting... one hour later our smiles had faded and Jeff finally gained enough courage to walk up to the counter and say something. Apparently our pizza had been sitting in a to-go box somewhere behind the counter the entire time. We ate our room temperature pizza and cried, and then began our journey home. A cockroach waved us goodbye in the bathroom. IMO'S pizza, you let us down.

Do not visit this imos. The service is horrible and the workers are awful. Whether you’re in town visiting or live here ordering dinner, avoid it. Went with my family and Miley B, the cashier, messed up our order, while the rest of our family received their food. My husband and I ordered before the rest of my family. I had to ask 4 times where our food was. On the 4th time, she finally said we ordered it to go, when we had not. She then tried to give me the house salad that had been sitting 30 minutes unrefrigerated while my family was finishing their salads. She put the to go salad on a plate and brought it to me. I brought it back and asked for a refund. She blank stared at me and said “but i just put this on a plate for you” even though I saw her take my to go box salad and put it on the plate. I told her my family was all done with appetizers and I didn’t want it and I would like a refund - no answer. Asked for a manager and sat down. She then came over and said to my husband our pizza was for to go as well, despite our other 8 family members getting all of their dine-in food on time, before us. She argued with my husband at the table about it and my husband kept telling her no, we didn’t order it to go. Whole thing was so stupid. Just take responsibility for your mistake, Miley B. Not that hard. Took an hour to even get the pizza. See recipes for dine in proof. Won’t ever visit again, got my refund tho!

We usually go to 170 and olive. They were busy, superbowl? Nope it's because they have the Best in area. There were literally no sauce on husband's wings and they were dry. The cheese pizza was barely any cheese and we ordered extra. The crust was old and chewy. Will not visit again. Glad I got my salad from Cafe Manhatten. Absolutely a different experience than our regular Imos!
If you have an issue with these dirty mofoz, be careful! They will poison you! I've eaten this pizza for years and when I had a disagreement with a manager last Friday night, funny how my friend and I became ill! This is NOT a coincidence, either! Lastly, why is everyone there with attitude problems?! 🗑
