Had an issue with my order but didn't realize it until I got home. Called and spoke to William who went above and beyond to rectify the issue and gave me extra items at no charge for the inconvenience. I was also having a terrible day and William and his crew completely turned it around for me and made me feel better knowing there are still good people in this world. Give this man a raise!
