This is one of the best Mazzio's I have been in (I have been in several) . clean, bright, friendly staff, worth the $$. Parking lot is a little tricky but be aware and you should be ok.
Mazzio's in general has good food and staff. I do think that the servers need to be better trained. In the past few weeks, we've had two servers who didn't really know the menu and one server who wrote nothing down and had to continually come back to double check our order. There should be standard procedures for this. I'm not pointing fingers at anyone because I don't know who or what is responsible, but I do feel like Mazzio's has declined over the last 4-5 years.
