Fries are almost always cold or barely warm. Sweet tea many times is not sweet or it tastes like dirty mop water. There is no quality control in this place at all. Service is getting slower by the day. Not worth the price anymore.

Well most of the time the food is good the service is good food is almost all the time good too. I order through the mobile app. 1 time we ordered and my daughter ordered a McChicken and the McChicken came out and was missing the McChicken all together got the bread mayo and stuff but no meat.
