Cold food made wrong. Asked for new made right. Inedible! Cold, stale. Asked for ketchup and salt, waited 20 minutes before we got it. Waitress was rude, told us they were slammed and was surprised that we wanted our food made correctly!
Order a number 11 value meal from Sonic In Marshfield, Missouri for $8.99 with a large tot and got charged an additional $1.59 because of up charge for a large tot. I’m not concerned about the money, but charging over $10 at a fast food restaurant and getting 7 individual tots and only 4 of the 5 chicken strips, which were very stale, ordered is ridiculous.
