A MUST STOP on your Katy Trail Adventure in Marthasville! Convenient - Right off the trail. EXCEPTIONAL food, VERY reasonable prices and a menu with lots of options. KT Canoose is a laid back and relaxing gathering place. John, the owner, is SO welcoming! Will be back!

I rode into the KT Caboose hungry and really depleted but rode away replenished and ready to take on the second half of my day's ride along the Katy Trail. John is a welcoming host, and his food offerings are a wonderful, healthy alternative to the same ol' deep-fried menus that tend to be the standard along the Katy. The 'Harvest Apple Sandwich' and 'ALT Sandwich' (avocado, lettuce, tomato) were fresh and excellent. The KT Caboose is forging a new tradition of good food and good vibes in Marthasville! Plus camping! Way to go, John!
Vegetarian options: KT Caboose was a terrific option for this pescatarian/aspiring vegetarian!

On a 5 day ride across the Katy Trail, we came across this healthy food oasis as we entered Marthasville. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and smoothies made with love and care by the owner, on a picnic table under a huge tree. The weather was perfect and the owner chatted with us after our meal. It was one of the most memorable experiences during our trip. Don’t pass through Marthasville without stopping g here for a meal or snack! You can’t miss it - it’s in a red caboose, just as you enter the main area of Marthasville, on the north side of the trail.
Dietary restrictions: Our group includes gluten free, vegetarian and vegan and we all found something to eat.

If your cycling The Katy Trail, do yourself a favor and stop at the KT Caboose. Great prices, located right on the trail, and some of the best coffee I've had on my three months bike tour across the country

Stopped there for lunch on the trail. The food was great, I got the Harvest Apple, and Jon is a pretty cool dude.
I was going to camp for the night but ended up bailing as I wasn't prepared to the temps and the wind . There are a few places to set up a hammock, which I was using, but if you have the straps they will likely be too short to use, I would bring some extra cord to lengthen them.
There is a shower available and bathrooms.

Best ice water on the trail !!!!!!!! I may be biased after 70 miles on the Katy trail ?♂️ My wife and I stopped and camped here on our eastward journey. $20 for camping, a shower and ice cream. Win win win John was an awesome guy, with a vast knowledge of many outdoor activities It’s worth stopping Thanks again for the good conversation after a long ride Al & Sarah
