Not sure why all the five stars.....Chicken was way overcooked....Maybe the oil is old?? Looking at the other photos, it seems it is always cooked way to long. Very strange being served food on cold metal trays. If you want to feel like you are in a prison dining hall, they have accomplished that atmosphere.

We visited the Rowdy Rooster for breakfast in August 2023 while bicycling the Katy Trail. We had camped in Marthesville the night before. The food was amazing!!! Will definitely return.

So excited that this place is open and making it after a year and can't wait to see how their menu evolves. They have adult cocktails and other drinks for brunch and great brunch menu items. The service was immaculate; they are very attentive. And, the prices are right for the quality of food.Dietary restrictions: My only issue is that I can't eat eggs, soy, or beef, and so the items on the menu were pretty limiting but that's not their issue, it's mine! They were able to accommodate me with vinegar and oil for my salad, which most places can't! I can't wait to see how they evolved over the years.

What a great little find! Delicious breakfast, we ordered the Chicken & Waffles and Apple Pie Pancakes! They have a real espresso machine and the latte's were perfect! Can't wait to come back and try the lunch, I want to order everything!

Hubs and I stumbled across this cute little place while on a drive trying to find a recommended place that was unexpectedly closed that day. Lots of choices, cute decor, friendly staff! The food was great! Breakfast and lunch. Hubs and I both had a late breakfast. Their coffee was wonderful! Had some bookie options as well! We'd go back again!!

The cutest place with great ambiance! Menu is small but mighty. Service was awesome, food was yummy, and the brunch punch cocktail was delicious! We will definitely be back :)

I met a couple friends to have lunch, it was our first time trying it and definitely glad we stumbled across it. The decorations and vibe was so inviting. The tables were spaced out where you had plenty of room. Outside seating available. The staff was super friendly and inviting. Food was amazing & very large portions as well.

Menu has good variety of options and everything that we have had is excellent. Coffee was okay not great. Servers were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was nice and clean, a bit small for a breakfast rush but we never have a problem at lunchtime.

My travel companion and I had a midday break at The Rowdy Rooster a couple of weeks ago while cycling the Katy Trail. I loved this little cafe. I had the vegetable quiche with breakfast potatoes and iced tea. The food was great, and it was a welcome respite. I also appreciated the friendliness of our waitress and the fact that the bathroom was very clean. I definitely would recommend this cafe.

The breakfast is why we visited the Rowdy Rooster. Portions are large enough for a healthy appetite. The compote is very good. Tangy while maintaining the fruit flavors. Getting to this restaurant is a bit of an adventure: it's about 5 blocks off of highway 47. The eggs and many of the other products are sourced locally. Parking is in the lot agacent to the restaurant. The deco is rual with good spacing between the four place tables.Parking: Wheelchair access may be a challenge.
