Pizza showed up with the wrong toppings so I called the phone number listed to reorder and I get directed to a call center that is only able to take orders but can’t provide any customer service. They then transferred me “directly to a store associate” where the line disconnected. Horrible horrible customer service. They outsource to Doordash for delivery. Refused to take responsibility for missing items and would not help find a solution. Manager yelled at me on phone and would not give me franchise owners information to speak to about the issue and his manager's attitude.
