“For a small strip-front restaurant what a hidden gem. The size of my party was 4 adults and 3 kids, we had a Titanic sushi boat [3 adults] at $100 well worth it. Noodle dishes and fried rice for the rest of the party were equally good.“

“Enjoyed the food. It was freshly made to order. We had the chicken katsu set, pork katsu set, cheese katsu set & curry. All the food was delicious. There was enough food in the servings that you feel full but just right not to over eat. My kids loved the food and even ate all the veggies. They loved the wasabi & kimchi. The bathroom could be cleaner but not too shabby. This is a great place to enjoy Japanese cutlets. Definitely coming back!“

“I’ve always wanted to try authentic ramen and wanted the experience, the atmosphere, the vibe, and the incredible taste and I can’t look anywhere else except G-San if I’m in Missouri! I had the Spicy Pork Katsu Ramen and it was to die for! Everything about this local restaurant, from the sweet waitress, to the music and decoration, to the food made with homestyle cooking, oh this place will always bring me back. ??“

“Amazing and Affordable! Their spicy tuna roll is so good and cheaper than many other places by 30%! Also their Chicken teriyaki had me craving it for days after! My only complaint is they need more independent restaurants because sometimes I don't feel like getting an Uber or fighting the mall! This place is so good tho ✨“

Dietary restrictions: My son has a hazelnut allergy and it has never been a problem to dine at Wasabi! He previously had an egg allergy as well and they always took good care of us to make sure his food was made safely and free of his allergen.“

“Food was amazing, and staff were very knowledgeable about selections and cuts available (shoutout to Jim). The Chongqing spicy broth added a great but not overbearing heat, while the sweeter Sukiyaki style broth paired perfectly with the beef we received. The course came with a plentiful amount of vegetables and other sides, with complementary additional spices and flavorings. Perfect place to grab a warm meal in the winter, at a great spot.“

“this is one of my favorite restaurants that I often get takeout from, but rarely dine in - for my birthday i convinced my parents (who aren't very familiar with east asian cuisine) to accompany me to dine in. They were a bit hesitant but the staff were very helpful and patient with them, and helped explain what they ordered. The food was delicious, and my picky parents were extremely impressed and eager to come back to try more unfamiliar dishes. I wish I could have properly thanked the staff. KS&T never disappoints, PLEASE give them your business, you won't regret it.
We ordered chicken katsu (kabuki's chicken katsu is my absolute comfort food), general tsao's chicken, a mixed appetizer plate (as a main dish), edamame, and crab rangoon. all were devoured eagerly. The two main dishes came with tasty vegies and wonderful miso.“

“Dear ichiban, you are truly the most amazing Japanese restaurant in St. Louis. One time, we came here four nights in a row and the owners didn’t even judge us. They are always nice to us. It is so good I love the udon and yellowtail sashimi.“

“Great Pad Thai and sushi. Clean dining room. Attentive staff.On one occasion,, I was there near closing and they started cleaning the restrooms and the chemicals reached our table through the air as they were spraying the tables down (terrible practice I frequently notice in restaurants - you should spray the rag directly instead while patrons are present for this exact reason). Now I just make sure I'm not there on the later side of dinner service.
Parking: Practically empty lot as most (all?) of the other businesses in the same strip mall have closed.“

“Ordered takeout from them on NYE and it was so great!!! Not only was everything we ordered from them delicious, but they threw in TWO free appetizers!! Went back a couple weeks later and they threw in a free app again! Highly recommend!“

“This place was fantastic! I love that they ask what sauce on top.... both eel and spicy mayo yes please! The fried sushi and regular sushi was incredible! The staff was so kind. I was doing the sushi dance the whole time! I wish I didn't live so far away because I would go there all the time! Had the fried Philly roll and the Rock and Roll.“
