“the worst experience i have ever had in customer service. I tried to close my tab and bartender got so rude with me because I moved from one side of the bar to the other. told me rudely that others were in line before me. and when all I wanted was to close my tab threatened to call the cops on me. The bartender needs to learn some manners and not be rude. i will never go to shooters ever again. the way i was treated for just trying to close my tab is ridiculous and unseen. they doont deserve to be open for business”

“While riding through Kansas on our motorcycles, My Brother and I stopped at a Starbucks for a quick break — and ended up having one of the most memorable moments of our trip, thanks to Evelyn. “Staff is nice and coffee is good. There is never enough staff at the right times though. I am currently at the 20 min mark waiting for my coffee because only one worker is working today. Also if you go through drive and there is another car in front of you when you order your have to remind the workers what you ordered when you get to the window because there seems to be no system of storing what people order in drive so everything is from memory. Note: one person can’t do drive and lobby at the same time”
