The staff, including baristas named Evelyn, Ryan, and Nicole, provide memorable and personal service. Evelyn greeted dusty travelers with a huge smile, made them feel completely at home, and offered drink recommendations perfect for cooling down. She also saved the day with a strong, iced coffee for the road. Ryan helped a customer with a brilliant libation after the loss of the Iced Apple crisp non-dairy chai, providing the best customer service. Nicole fixed a drink order for someone not from the area and smiled during the whole interaction. The service feels personal and authentic, with staff going above and beyond. This is one of three Starbucks locations in Maryville, in close proximity to just about everything on Main Street.
