Ok, I dont expect much from this chain however possibly the worst experience so far. Went on valentines day. Early it was not busy. Waitress didn't stop by for 15 minutes. We ordered margaritas, they are $9.00 each. So nasty i did not drink. The Waitress served appetizer before the terrible drinks came, that took 45 minutes. She did not feel we needed napkins, silverware. Ordered burgers and side of onion rings. She brought 4 rings over and said their cooking more, bring them soon. That never happened. Still waiting on silverware she brings dinner now well over an hour later. Asked if ok? Told her no, and she did nothing. End of service she bri gs a bill for $77.00 ! And it was not itemized! She didn't know what bill to bring? I was overcharged for onion rings, drinks etc. Further more. We are sick today. Part of the grill was in my burger, forgot to mention that. She was a mess, bartender had drinks to everyone but us, nasty atmosphere. Do not go there. Extreme apathy. If the owner could see this.

Lets be honest. When you're traveling, you want some fresh, hot food brought to you. Especially when you wait 25 minutes and the restaurant isn't busy. I was there on 1/13/25 at 930 pm. This isn't that place. I ordered some buffalo wings. The wings sat around so long in the back that the sauce had soaked into the chicken and was completely dry, and cold. Completely disgusting, i would never return to this location again. If that is what its like when its slow, i can't imagine what its like if it was busy. Never again Maryville, never again. Dietary restrictions: I dined with my daughter and her family. 2 children have egg allergies. Allergen menu was not available online. Waiter ckd with manager several times. No paper allergen menu. No help given to help choose a meal for them. We came just a few minutes before 5:00 only 2 waiters on duty so we had to wait even though seating was available.

Just stopped at this location for lunch. They didn’t appear to be super busy. We got sat immediately, however, we waited 20 minutes and not one single time did anyone stop to check on us. What we assumed was our server checked the table behind us to see if they were ok but then walked right by us. We ended up walking out as we had our 2 young children with us, which our 5 year old was hungry. Not impressed and probably won’t go back.
Such a great place to get that belly full . Plenty of room for 13 of us . And parking good for bike night .

i’ve been there several times lately and they’ve kept people waiting at the front desk when there’s plenty of tables I understand you only had two waitresses, but maybe you need to take the person in front seating people and put it see yourself and make him a waiter walked out along with several others today

Paid $17 for the four cheese Mac and cheese and instead of chicken strips it came with chicken nuggets basically that were overcooked!! Probably won’t eat there again!
