“The good: The food is fresh and exactly what I ordered. The staff is friendly and feels really bad when I mention that an add on item is missing such as a garlic cup.The not so good: This location is terrible at remembering any add on items such as garlic cups, grated Parmesan cheese, etc. 100% of the time they forget my add on items (-2 stars).I used to get really upset about the add on items. I changed my mentality to assume the young kids working there just can't remember the add on items and I need to check before leaving. If you check your order before leaving the store and make sure you have all your add on items then you will have a great evening. Forget to check, drive all the way home, and you will be disgruntled because your probably not going to drive back for a 75 cent garlic cup.“

“This happened 3 weeks ago and I realized I reviewed the wrong page. We’re trying it again tonight, but if it’s the same...no more nor will I ever recommend it. Went to our local store a couple of nights ago (Maryville, MO) and was shocked at the experience. First I always go to the buffet to see what’s on it and there was noodles and “other” stuff strung all over the food bar. I told the kid at the counter it needed attention and he said he had only been there for 20 minutes. So, we ordered and as I went to fill my plate I noticed the brown gravy container had dried gravy all around the sides...the dressing was in hard crunchy chunks...the noodles I’m sure had been there since noon and were all dried and brown looking...the bread pudding was also all dried up and almost gone...the peach cobbler was the same and there was only ONE piece of chicken for the 4 people that were filling their plates. A guy yelled at the counter and asked for chicken. Took forever to get any. The food was not hot, only lukewarm. The kid at the counter was taking orders, filling orders, trying to keep decent food on the buffet and cleaning off tabes. Such a horrible meal and we go to KFC often and like it a lot and have never had this problem. I didn’t see and “adult” in the entire store, so don’t know who the manager on duty was cause I never saw anyone but the kid at the counter. It was a very bad experience. We will try again, but not for a long while. Just wanted you to know.“

“Soooo.... I may have placed an order at 9:59 not realizing y'all close at 10 and it actually went through and you guys actually made it to my amazement. I ended realizing that you guys were closed once my phone notified me my pizza was ready and looked up Maryville pizza hut on Google only to find out you guys were closed. It did end up taking my order and money surprisingly. Anyways I'm posting this to apologize to anyone that to stay and make my order because I didn't check when you guys closed. I'm so sorry because that would've made me mad if it happened to me so you guys have my respect. I was too ashamed to show my face there once I realized y'all were closed so I really hope someone got some free food and took it home with them. Again I do apologize so please take this 5 star shining review cause you guys really deserve it“
