I just got my food after waiting 45 minutes for it. It cost us $33 for 2 wraps. my wrap was half a wrap and just thrown in the paper and inccorect. This place has a constant issue with delivery and take out orders I won't be going back.

Gave an order and when told the cost I was well aware that it was incorrect as I get the same order every time and everywhere that I go. I cancelled the order. After doing the math the order was exactly 10.00 to much from the places posted prices. Very suspicious to me. Never had this issue anywhere else with Jimmy johns.

I walked in with my friends and they said no service! They just flat out turned us down. One of my friends happened to be African American so I don't know if that had anything to do with it
I have eaten here twice and both times the service was terrible. They literally put 1/4 tsp of avocado spread on my beach club-both times. I get the beach club for the avocado spread. When I questioned this the manager acted as if she didn't even care. She was rude both times I've been here. Not to mention it's expensive. Won't be eating here again.

There were only 2 other cars ahead of me when I got here. It took 15 minutes to get to the place where I could give my order - and that took me telling the guy 3 times before he got it! Then there were 3 cars behind me, so I couldn’t get out of line! Finally got to the window and the woman at the window just gives me a blank stare like, “What do you want?!” Then she must have remembered that she was at work and took my bank card. Finally a young man with curly red hair came to the window and handed my bag and drink to me without even looking my way. No “sorry it took so long” or anything. Overall the whole thing took 27 minutes! Won’t be back!
