Very disappointed with this KFC. The lady at the drive thru was rude from the start, didn’t want to apply our coupon, avoided eye contact, and gave a rude goodbye. We don’t come here often and now we won’t be back.

Had the wings they were good but they were very costly. Then they wanted me to donate to the kfc foudation i told them i would donate to fix the parking lot there is no reason for it to be in that conditon i know i will not recive a reply thank you

Wow down hill to the bottom in 2 days. I have never had such poor service (or lack there of) here to the point I won’t be back. This place was my go to for lunch. Go to the drive through lady had an attitude didn’t even say kfc I will be with you in moment no, just rude wait a minute. Five minutes past so I asked are you going to take my order. She got back on and very rudely said I said wait. You don’t talk to customers that way I wasn’t rude to you.

Ordered online for the first time in a long time. I selected the deal where I get an 8 piece bucket free when I spend 15.99. I ordered $22 of food. No bucket! The store said I needed to somehow order it again in the app when that's what I selected in the first place ? No bucket. I try customer service in app. Waited then it disconnected after a while. I tried again, but had to start waiting over again. I called KFC national to complain. I got a guy who said someone else would call or email me in a few days?? Wouldn't say if I would get refund. I spent $22. No food at all. This stinks.

Food was fantastic. The customer service was good. But out of 20 tables, only 6 were clean. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant so this seems uncalled for. The floor was dirty. The mat at the soda fountain was sticky and filthy. Disgusting and unappealing. There were smudges all over the glass at the front door. Glad they can cook, but they need to learn to clean. I'll return but I hope it's clean next time.

I use to work at this KFC when I was a teenager and the previous owner kept this location top notch. Since being back in the area for the past year, I have gone here four times and each time was a very un-welcoming and horrible experience. There is younger red headed worker there, that is beyond rude and disrespectful. Each time I have encounter this worker she is absolutely dry, disrespectful and rude. I will never come back to this location. This location has become run down, horrible parking lot and the customer service is the worst in Maryville for fast food. Save your money do not come to this location. The food is not worth it! I only gave this review a one star out of pity because the new girl working the drive through was made uncomfortable by the negative red headed worker who spoke to my daughter and I indescribably rude and horrible. I will be frying my own chicken from here on! Goodbye KFC!
