First off I sat in the drive through line for a very long time. I ordered through the app a big mac meal customized for extra mac sauce and they put less that what would be on a normal big mac! If I am paying extra for something I should get extra! If you dont wanna put extra on my burger dont make me pay! Then my fries came out cold. Over all I am very disappointed and upset.

Just avoid the one in Maryville Missouri at all cost. Never go there over lunch. The app never works and they will do nothing about it. The food is never fresh even after waiting 20 minutes.

I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. What I received was a bacon egg McMuffin. When I addressed this, the gal kept telling me they don't have canadian bacon.... This baffles me because I did not order anything with any sort of bacon. As I tried to explain, she kept interrupting me about the canadian bacon ordeal until I had to become snippy advising I ordered NOTIING with any sort of bacon. Food was fine, the customer service sucks.

we went thru the drive thru only customer inside and out waited 8 minutes on cold food not warm but cold all while you employees stood around acting like 3 year olds the one in the drive thru window acted ridiculous! thats after I was told we were waiting on hot fries and a fresh made sandwich!! The owner of the Maryville Mo McDonald's should be ashamed at the performance of his employees and the food they are serving!
Had to wait over 40 minutes on food only ordered 4 mc chickens and 2 cheese burgers and med fries 3 large drinks asked for drinks thay got a attitude said no give me a bad survey don't care

I hate it, genuinely the franchise is just a disappointment compared to what it used to be. Every so often I get a craving for their fries and even then something about the order is wrong, or I get sick, or I'm waiting 30 minutes for just one sandwich and a fry. My most recent experience I got the completely wrong sandwich, no sauces and the wrong side of fries. Plus I feel like the portions keep getting smaller and the prices are getting bigger to the point that I don't deem McDonalds as cheap food or even a good value at all.

What is this in my coffee Maryville McDonald’s?! I cannot find a customer service contact us and didn’t get a receipt with a store number and can’t use my mobile receipt for the store number because it isn’t on there!!! This looks like dental floss and I AM DISGUSTED!!!!!

I ordered 8 ranch snack wraps for family who were moving their college freshman into his dorm.
All seemed to enjoy them. However, the workers who were serving or managing the inside part of this McDonald's in Maryville, Missouri, were obviously having a disagreement.

This used to be one of the best Mcdonald's. However, they have really gone downhill. If you order a large fry, expect a medium or smaller. If you order a Big Mac with light mac sauce, expect it to have so much sauce on it that you want to gag. Very disappointed in this restaurant

I don’t like to be “that person” but all I have to say is if you want to order breakfast on the mobile app DON’T! I hate being late so when I knew I wasn’t going to make it to get breakfast by 10:28 a.m. I ordered online to make sure that I would get my food. Here’s what happened, I ordered at 10:25 a.m. which I know is late but it is before the breakfast closing time. I got an email of my order and it said that my food was being prepared. When I got there I didn’t see my order where the pick up orders are usually so I asked someone up front and to my surprise they said they never got a mobile order. So I figured it never went through and wanted to just move on but to make sure I didn’t lose any money I checked and it took the money out of my account and everything! So I went in and told them and they said that I must’ve ordered from the wrong McDonalds… on the email the address was right there the only McDonalds in Maryville…So they said I would get refunded in the next couple of days which is fine. What is not fine is the rudeness of the employee I dealt with. When I went back in to show him the email I got he didn’t even acknowledge what was being shown to him and didn’t even look me in the face during this interaction. He kept messing with the change in the drawer. Not to mention he was very filthy as well which can not be okay for food service. I loved this McDonalds but after this I probably will never come back. I hope this review helps this establishment as there is some work that needs to be done here.
