I ordered 8 ranch snack wraps for family who were moving their college freshman into his dorm.
All seemed to enjoy them. However, the workers who were serving or managing the inside part of this McDonald's in Maryville, Missouri, were obviously having a disagreement.

This used to be one of the best Mcdonald's. However, they have really gone downhill. If you order a large fry, expect a medium or smaller. If you order a Big Mac with light mac sauce, expect it to have so much sauce on it that you want to gag. Very disappointed in this restaurant

I don’t like to be “that person” but all I have to say is if you want to order breakfast on the mobile app DON’T! I hate being late so when I knew I wasn’t going to make it to get breakfast by 10:28 a.m. I ordered online to make sure that I would get my food. Here’s what happened, I ordered at 10:25 a.m. which I know is late but it is before the breakfast closing time. I got an email of my order and it said that my food was being prepared. When I got there I didn’t see my order where the pick up orders are usually so I asked someone up front and to my surprise they said they never got a mobile order. So I figured it never went through and wanted to just move on but to make sure I didn’t lose any money I checked and it took the money out of my account and everything! So I went in and told them and they said that I must’ve ordered from the wrong McDonalds… on the email the address was right there the only McDonalds in Maryville…So they said I would get refunded in the next couple of days which is fine. What is not fine is the rudeness of the employee I dealt with. When I went back in to show him the email I got he didn’t even acknowledge what was being shown to him and didn’t even look me in the face during this interaction. He kept messing with the change in the drawer. Not to mention he was very filthy as well which can not be okay for food service. I loved this McDonalds but after this I probably will never come back. I hope this review helps this establishment as there is some work that needs to be done here.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning (5/31/2025), and the kid who took my order was great. Service after, not so much. I made home and removed our food from the bag and found that order had been messed up. I attempted to call the store twice and nobody answered the phone. Honestly I don't understand how hard it is to look at the screen and put the correct food into the bag.

This place is alright but the Franchise Owners removed the Self refill soda fountain without any notice for customers on the doors. This created a back log and long wait to just get a drink.
This is not helpful or service friendly I will just go through the drive through from now on

Tried to order off the app for cheaper, speeder service but it wouldn’t add my order to the bag. I ran inside to ask a worker for help and waited over 5 minutes to have someone wait on me. The girl tried to help with the app but said she didn’t use it. After several attempts she said she could ask her manager and I said please do. She returned saying the manager didn’t know how to use it. No offers to try to over ride and even apologize. I understand they aren’t responsible for the app but they didn’t care if I was there or not.
I ordered a frappe and there was a piece of glass in it.

the guy at the speaker had asked me if i was using the mobile app i said yes the. proceed to give him my code but he doesn’t put it in i noticed when i already paid for the order i asked to speak to the manager and she told me she couldn’t do anything i was kind in the beginning asking her if she couldn’t refund it bc i work in management myself for fast food, she said for $2 dollars that’s it she was very rude about it i will never be back and will not be recommending this place for others she is not good in situations like this her management skills r really lacking customer service

Adequate McDonalds. Nothing special. Noting off putting. Food was served quickly and at a good temperature. Employees interacted with were polite and courteous.
Got skipped over almost twice in the drive through. After getting to the pick up window Was given the wrong order and had to wait. Window attendant did not give the drink had to ask for the drink and didn't even get a straw. Food was good though just horrid service.
